SITC FLOOR MOUNTED AIR HANDLING UNIT (AHU):17600 CFM, 80mm static : Constrcution: GI double skin (45+/- 5 mm) insulated with polyurethane foam (PUF) panels of 42 Kg/cum density sandwitched between, Inner skin 0.8mm GI Plain and Outer skin 0.8 mm GI Pre-coated,completely air-tight, with Thermal brake profile suitable for industrial application.The control wiring and power wiring shall be in the scope of OEM and to be carried out at factory with terminations to Marshelling box.AHU mounted opposed blade aerofoil design low-leakage isolation volume control dampers of Aluminium section with Nylon gears for supply air, return air & fresh air damper for normal operation as applicable for each AHU.AHU should have LED low power consumption light for Fan section. AHU inspection door should have View window with perfectly sealed gaksets on either side to ensure air tightness.AHU shall be provided with door limit switch and also door safety GI guard,Insulated SS drain tray, mixing chambers for return air/fresh air, adequate number of access doors and blank off, flexible connection at fan outlet, vibration isolators for fan + motor assembly, internal coving etc. Fan section: The AHU shall be supplied with AHU blower fans with wall mounted EC PLUG Fan complete with BLDC motor & controller,fan wheel rotor mounted, potentiometer for speed control.The Single or multiple fans shall be considered depending upon the capacity of the AHUs (as mentioned above). Auto/Manual operation starter cum control panel should be supplied along with AHU. EC fan incoming supply to be terminated with MCCB and shall be included in the panel for electrical connection of EC fans.(EBM PAPST/ ZIEHL ABEGG) Coil Scetion: Coil sections with 6-row DX type cooling coil having face velocity not over 500 FPM with hidrophlic coating,UV Emitters with reflectors to be fixed on the coil surface with removable extruded aluminium frames,Cooling coil drain shall be constructed of 18G Stainless steel single skin with 19mm nitrile insulation beneath the pan. The insulation material shall be shall be stuck to the cleaned duct surface by factory pre-fixed cold adhesive.Thickness of insulation:25mm. All Insulation joints must covered with Al tape followed by Cello Tape.

Status of fire dampers shall be monitored in BMS. Necessary control panels shall be included to take fire signal and close the FD. FDs shall be opened automatically once the fire signal is removed. STRUCTURAL FABRICATED STEEL WORK: Supply, Fabrication , Cutting, Welding , Erection at site and painting of M. S. Angle structural steel work for required truss, AHU/ODU /Supporting structurer/etec. & as per site requirements, etc. based on the approved drawings. The work should be carried out as per good manufacturing and installation practices in concurrence with approved drawings. The structural steel materials should confirm to IS : 2062 (latest version) as per drawings. All welding electrodes to confirm to relevant IS codes. Fabrication and erection of the structural steel works shall be as per IS: 800 and welding work as per IS:816 and IS: 822. Finally all steel work to be painted with one coat of Red Oxide primer and two coats of epoxy paint.
