Deep drilling of bore hole 125 mm dia. as per the strata encountered by using ODEX method.

Providing of 125 mm dia. M.S.Casing Pipe. The 125mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4mm conforming to as per IS 4270 / 2001 medium class (Part-I) 2004 (Heavy C – Class, weight per mtrs = 18.11 kg) electric resistance welded beveled ended inside bead free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be bead free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. All the physical and chemical properties of pipe including tensile strength should be in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments.

Development of the bore with air compressor of adequate capacity for minimum 10 Hrs or till the availability of sand free clear water

Stabilization of the bore well by way of lowering a submersible pump set of adequate capacity and operating it for 3-4 days or more till a stable discharge of the bore is achieved.

Fabrication & providing of panel board of size 5’ x 2’ to be fabricated out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm MS angle iron having a rectangular frame having 2 nos. vertical legs for grouting into the floor fitted with 12 mm thick one sided mica ply-board in the rectangular portion to be fitted with nuts-bolts and washers, and proper fixing /grouting of the panel board. Providing and fitting of 100 Amps. main switch and submersible pump controller on the panel board. Checking of the complete electro-mechanical system by identifying any loose electrical connections, their re-taping thereof and proper operation of the motor protection guard and testing of the system firstly on no load and then full load at site. Complete job in all respects as per site conditions.

Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set of suitable parameter of reputed make viz. KSB, Crompton, Kirlosker or equivalent make conforming to relevant IS Code depending upon the depth and discharge of the bore hole along with submersible pump controller (Automatic Starter) of suitable capacity. The job includes erection of tripod stand and fixing of chain pulley block. Then lowering of submersible pump set in to the bore hole by way of providing and lowering of 32 to 40 mm dia. B class GI flanged column Pipe , submersible cable with fixtures such as clamp, nuts, bolts & rubber flange Fabrication and fitting of well cap .The job also includes providing/fitting of 3 mtrs 32 to 40 mm dia B class GI delivery pipe and bend. Providing and laying of 4 sq. mm 3-Core PVC insulated copper submersible cable from pump to starter and starter to main switch (fitted on the panel board). Making of electrical connections with the starter ,main switch and submersible pump set after properly thimbling and testing and commissioning thereof. Providing, Installation and testing of 10KVA copper wound oil cooled manually operated stabilizer with input voltage range 160 V to 400 V and output voltage range 400 V + 10% and frequency 50 Hz + 3%.
