OD18114/2025-2026:AIR HANDLING UNITS Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Floor/Ceiling mounted DX ODU compatible Double skin Air handling unit with thermal break profile with panel thickness of 40 mm, with 40 kg density complete with DX coil ,Plug fan with VFD, Fan motor shall be of efficiency grade IE2 , outer skin of 0.6 mm pre-coated GSS and inner skin of 0.6 mm plain GSS, The Air Handling Unit shall consist of Mixing Box with fresh air intakes with dampers, filter section with 10 micron Pre filter (MERV 7), 5 micron fine filter(MERV 14) ,0.3 Micron HEPA filters, Twin circuit Coil section with4 Row DX cooling coil, access door, marine light, outlet flange, & vibration isolators. Units shall be Eurovent certified, VFD drive motor suitable for 415+-10% volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase AC supply drain connections, stainless steel drain pan/tray with SS 304 with nitrile rubber insulation, 22 TR, 8800 CFM with minimum 125mm TSP. Periodical maintenance and servising shall be done up to the end of 36 months from date of commissioning including replacing of defective components of the unit etc: as required.
