Polishing two coats with malamine polish of required shade on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 2nd class teak wood lipping/ moulded beading or taj beading of size 25x5 mm (Twenty five x Five millimetre) fixed with wooden adhesive of approved quality and screws/ nails on the edges of the Pre-laminated particle board with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level ) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded) stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. 15 mm (Fifteen millimetre) cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (One point sixty seven litre/ Ten square metre) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm (Two point twenty litre/ Ten square metre)) with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20 mm X10 mmX2mm (Twenty millimetre x Ten millimetre x Two millimetre) and braced with flat iron diagonals 20 mm X5 mm (Twenty milimetre x Five illimetre) size with top and bottom rails of T.iron 40 mm X40 mm X6 mm (Forty millimetre x Forty millimetre x Six millimetre) with 38 mm (Thirty eight millimetre) dia steel pulley complete with bolts and nuts locking arrangements, pers,handles,including applying a priming coat of red lead paint with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (Zero point ninety litre/ Ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm (Zero point seventy five litre/ Ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm (Twelve millimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm (Three point three kilogram/ square metre), including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Zero point sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six millimetre) dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with in all leads and lift of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
