Laying Sand Bags in the stipulated places including cost of empty cement bag, sand, thread,stiching charges and labour charges with 13.615 % overhead charges and contractors profits.Note: During the emergency conditions such as floods and other natural calamities, the above rate is allowed to enhance by 25% for 1st warning level and above,keeping in view of the difficulty in availability of labour and vehicles.

Balling out water from Flood effected area with Dewatering pump ( desiel ), including hire charges, fuel charges and wages for Driver and helper upto 8hp capacity pumps as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work

Labour Engaging on Hire basis for Mainteiance of scaffolding steel pipes, Jack propos,wallers and Foot plates,brackets and laying of sand bags including cost and conveyance of all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental authority.
