M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour on walls complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of ceiling by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum machanism) to make the surface free from smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying three coats of white wash all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices by booming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (first quality) on wall using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified.

M&L for applying 2 mm thick (average) white cement based putty including sand papering the puttied surfaces to form an even and smooth surface all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of Oil bound distemper (first quality) over a coat of alkali resistant primer using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper/primer should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth at a height up to 12 mtr from ground level and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick work or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of debris from site to outsite MoD land.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on concrete / brick masonry surfaces including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.
