Gabian Structures
Providing and constructing gabian structures for erosion control, river training works and protection works with wire crates of size 2 m x 1 m x 0.3 m each divided into lm compartments by cross netting, made from 4 mm galvanised steel wire @ 32 kg per 10 sqm having minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa conforming to IS:280 and galvanizing coating conforming to IS:4826, woven into mesh with double twist, mesh size not exceeding 100 mm x 100 mm, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, all loose ends to be securely tied with 4 mm galvanised steel wire. as per drawing and MoRT&H Technical specifications clause 2503.3.

Red Sand Stone
Providing and laying 25mm thk EPDM Rubber Flooring in required design and patterns as per architect approval. Material: 2 layered, water permeable all-weather surface made of structural sprayed polyurethane lay on an in-situ polyurethane bonded rubber granulate sub-base.Thickness:14 mm (12mm SBR Base Layer + 2mm Spray Coat top with EPDM Granules). In Mixed Colour as per approved by Architect and Engineer-in-Charge.

Natural Stones- Pebbles: Providing and laying 15 mm to 80 mm white quartz pebbles stone as laid as per drawing as approved by Architect.
Precasting and placing in position 125 mm dia Bollards 600 mm high of required shape including providing M.S. Pipe Sleeve 50 mm dia 300 mm long in the Bollard and M.S. Pipes 40 mm dia and 450 mm long with 150x150x6mm M.S. plate welded at bottom and embedded 150mm in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3fine sand:6graded stone aggregate 20 mm nomonal size) including necessary excavation of size 250x250x450 mm deep for the same in bitumen / concrete pavement at specified spacing.
Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood flooring (in 3 Decks and 2 Pedestrian Bridges) with planks of sizes 14mm thick, 1800mm length (minimum) and 130 mm wide(minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4mm thick expanded poly ethylene foam sheets having density 40kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900mm x 18mm and door reducer of size 1900mm x 44mm, wherever required. The bomboo wood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.
Structural Steel
Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required:- In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works, all complete.
Providing, fabricating, transporting, assembling and erection in position of Steel members for steel colunms, built up beams using structural tubular sections (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc. confirming to IS 4923 / IS 1161, Yield strength 310 MPa as per latest IS Code) to the required profile & shape as called for as per the drawing & specifications and of approved make including the shear connectors /studs and fusion weld to top of horizontal member. 30mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, top & bottom rails. M.S .frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture M.S. frame covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C channel of size 30mm thickness, 110mm width out of which 90mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on either side forming stiles; and 5mm thick, 110mm wide PVC sheet out of which 90mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 130mm wide PVC sheet out of which 90mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Road Work
Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 502.
