Supply & Installation of Boom Barrier system for Gypsum Yard Weighbridge at Phase-I, FACT-CD.

Supply & Installation of Boom Barrier system with specifications as per Annexure III-A. The entire system Scheme is as per Annexure IV. The operational Logic of the entire system is specified in Annexure IV-C. The supply & Installation shall also include :- (i) An internal Photocell to prevent auto closing of the barrier in case of obstruction while closing down (ii)An internal Limit Switch for providing Boom barrier ‘close’ indication at control room. (iii) A Photocell pair( Rx & Tx) along with stand for vehicle detection at entry side(‘Sensor-A’ as per scheme in Annexure IV-A & specifications as per Annexure- III-B) (iv) An Operator Control Box which contains Push buttons required for the control of Boom Barrier(As per Annexure IV-B, [Box U2]) Note: Supply of cables & its laying/wiring will be in the scope of FACT as per directions from the Vendor.

Supply & Installation of Photocell pairs( Rx & Tx) with stands. (‘Sensor-B & Sensor-C’ as per scheme in Annexure IV-A) The specifications are as per Annexure III-B. Note: Supply of cables & its laying/wiring will be in the scope of FACT as per directions from the Vendor.

Supply & Installation of Controller Box with Indication lamps ( As per Annexure IV-B, [Box U1] ) The specifications are as per Annexure III-C. The operational Logic of the controller is specified in Annexure-IV-C. Note: Supply of cables & its laying/wiring will be in the scope of FACT as per directions from the Vendor.
