M & L for brushing neat cement slurry (3 Kg of cement per Sqm) mixed with chemical compound in the proportion chemical compound, water and cement (1:4:7) or as per manufacturer's instructions for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound, mixed in proportion 200 milli litre per 50 Kg cement as in padding, benching, sunken portion etc., on roof surface for correcting/making proper slope on roof, etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on concrete/brick surfaces with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement over roof/sunken slab/wall , complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Water Proofing treatment on "non approachable/non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal and vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer/authorised applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed complete. (i) Applying approved bituminous based primer conforming to IS: 3384-1955 @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm to be applied on top surface of prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. M&L ,for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (light grade) and PCC of chamber and coping shall in 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil and filling with black cotton soil upto ground level complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I, 2009 with CI cover 10mm thick of size 300x300mm with charcoal dust and common salt complete and earth lead connected to panel including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth test result should not less than one ohm.
