2.3.2.A:Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness In area of light jungle - By Mechanical Means

3.5:Excavation for roadway in hard rock (requiring blasting) by drilling, blasting and breaking, trimming of bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, loading and disposal of cut road with in all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres

OD86401/2021-2022:Excavation in Hard rock with fissures/Bouders (more than 2 Cum in size and (un-pocalainable) by chiseling/wedging/breaking by use of approved chemicals such as Accusin or equivalent, to the required level & depth including all leads and lift, stacking excavated materials within plot at approved location and carting away un serviceable material outside the site as directed, de-watering of both ground and surface water, removal of slurry generated while excavation and keeping the area free of water with necessary shoring, strutting, stepping, dressing, grading required for keeping earth in position, excavating loose pockets and compacting them after back filling as directed etc. as per detailed specification and conforming to safety rules during progress of the work, and to any depth below ground level. Note: In the case of Hard rock/Hard rock/Boulders, if required by the OWNERS ENGINEER / ARCHITECTS, the excavated material shall be properly stacked or disposed of places as directed.

55.4:Supplying and stacking 36mm size hard broken stone in standard heaps for measurement.

4.1.B.1:Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded material, spreading in uniform layers with a motor grader on a prepared surface, mixing by mix in-place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with a vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. Grading-V - For sub-base cum drainage layer - Mix in Place Method

4.12:Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

5.1.a:Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ( SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

5.2.b:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared Granular Surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

55.8.a:Filling up pot holes (cut and formed to regular shapes and all loose and defective materials removed) after supplying a prime coat of hot bitumen using 36mm departmental broken stone and compacting with power roller to get a compact surface.

55.1.a:Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness with 0.27 cum of 12 mm departmental aggregates premixed with 12.96 kg of bitumen per 10 sqm using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level on a previously prepared base, after priming the existing surface with 5 kg of bitumen (VG 30) 10 sqm including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel static roller of 80-100 KN capacity, finished to required level and grades,followed by a seal coat of 0.09 cum of 6 mm departmental aggregates premixed with 8.64 kg of bitumen per 10 sqm. By Manual Means.

OD17677/2021-2022:Close graded Premix surfacing /mixed seal surfacing .Providing ,laying and rolling of close graded premix surfacing material of 40 mm thickness composed of 25 mm to 10 mm and 11.2 to 0.09 mm aggregate using penetration grade bitumen using VG 30 the required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base including mixing suitable plant .Laying and rolling a smooth wheeled roller 80-100 KN capacity and finished to required level and grade.

3.13.1.B:Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work. Ordinary soil - Mechanical Means - (Depth upto 3 m)

12.4:Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days.

OD17927/2021-2022:Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811.3

8.15:Supplying and installation of delineator (Roadway indicators) posts 80- 100cm high above ground level, pained black, and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with min. 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular retro reflectorized panels at the top with minimum visibility of 300m with provisions to prevent edge lifting and vandalisam, and conforming to clause 806 , IRC-79 and the drawings including fixing to ground (The deleniator shall be of approved type as per specification)
