The bidder should have minimum 2 years experience in gold refining. Relevant documents to be enclosed.

The bidder must be a Registered legal entity in India with valid Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Hallmarking or refinery licenses. Copy of Registration Certificate.

The bidder should have supplied minimum 150 no of gold coins in last three financial years, namely FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25. Relevant documents to be enclosed.

The average annual financial turnover of the bidder should not be less than Rs.5Crores, during the last three preceding financial years, namely FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24, FY 2024-25. Annual Turnover certificate or Audited Balance Sheets and P&L statement duly certified by Chartered Accountant

The bidder should have valid PAN, GST Registration. Valid PAN and GST Registration certificate

The bidder should not have been blacklisted, debarred, or banned from participation in tenders by any Central Government, State Government, Public Sector Undertaking, or any other Government organization as on the date of bid submission. Bidder should provide declaration.
