Construction/Upgradation of Sewerage system for Sindhanuru City under National Green Tribunal Environmental Compensation Fund on DBOT Model

Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as UGD project /STP project/ water supply project/ Irrigation Projects /combined water supply & sewerage project/ combined water supply or Sewerage project with Road/ combined water supply or Sewerage project with Layout works/ combined water supply or Sewerage project with Building works of value not less than Rs 757.00 Lakh.

Executed in any one year of the last five years (2019-20 to 2023-24) the following minimum quantities of works:(1) Earthwork excavation in all kinds of strata / embankment / Sub grade by mechanical / manual means 13935 cum (2) PCC/RCC concrete 760 cum (3) Reinforcement Steel 1.0 MT (4) RCC NP3/ DI/ u-PVC/ Stone ware/ MS pipes/DWC/GSW/HDPE pipes of diameter in the range of 150 mm & above diameter 5.72 km

Availability by owning at least 50% of the required/specified key and critical equipment for this work and (b) the remaining 50% can be deployed on lease /hire basis for all works provided, the relevant documents (commitment agreements etc.) for availability for this work are furnished

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 500.00 Lakh (credit lines/letter of credit/Certificates from banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc., (equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period) in the form of unconditional credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled Banks as per the prescribed format.

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs 3026.00 Lakh
