Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description & in any position such as in padding incl existing CM plaster and connecting material over RCC roof slab & removal of rubbish outside the premises complete all as specified & directed. Note:- The work shall be carried upto G+2 stored bldg.

M&L for repairing the edge / corner of chajja / roof projection and similar work by removing of plastered width / girth exceeding 15 cm & n exc 30 cm and making good with 15 mm rendering in cement mortar (1:3) to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified & directed. Note:- The work shall be carried upto G+2 stored bldg.

Disconnecting existing tanks,setting aside(or lowering if required) for repairs, ,cleaning etc and hosting if required reconnection and refixing in position,cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc capacity of tank exc 250 & n.exc 500 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks,setting aside(or lowering if required) for repairs, ,cleaning etc and hosting if required reconnection and refixing in position,cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc capacity of tank exc 500 & n.exc 1000 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, & refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 25 mm bore steel tubing and connections, & refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roughening the surfaces of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping,clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:- The work shall be carried upto G+2 stored bldg.

M&L for providing, cement concrete type B0, (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges and padding in roof over complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg per sqm of cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates for plateforms/raising of plateforms of water tanks on roof , as in benching/coping,apex stone bed plates, over the level difference in roofs/walls.,kerbs etc including all necessary formwork and finishing exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), on concrete surfaces, mix with WPC as per the manufacturers instructions, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid seperately.@3% by weight of cement.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3 mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 kg/sqm, reinforced with fiber glass (weighing not less than 150 gm/sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white mineral gravel finish, informly embedded during manufacturing process shall only be used. it shall be used by torch application, side overlap shall be 75 mm and the ends shall be 100 mm and all over laps shall be sealed by torch application including applying a coat of cold applied bitumen primer confirming IS :3384 @0.4 kg/Sqm. Note:- The work shall be carried up to G+2 stored building.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick, stone or PCC walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coat of white wash to new plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of granite stone slabs both edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for making 25mm dia hole for gas pipe line in through out RCC slab and granite slab complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x200x7mm, thick over and including 10 mm thick screeding in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel toilet jet with stainless steel plate and having 1.5m long pvc hose pipe for EWC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18mm thick of intergral pvc plain sheet prelemanited on both side, manufactured by ISO:9001, ISO:14001, ISO:18001 fixed with screw, solvent cement/adhesive to make wall mount kitchen cabinet back and pull out drawer side ement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (density of 525gm /cc) Note- (i) The ntegral foam sheet should be procured from authorised dealer of amnufracturing company.
