Construction of Internal house sewer connection and interlinking with inspection chamber in different zones of sewerage system, Cuttack

DISMANTLING & REMOVING: Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for Dismantling and removing old tiled flooring including removing the base coarse and stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead as per direction of the Engineer–in–charge.

DISMANTLING of CC: Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately and as per direction of EIC.

EARTH WORK: Supplying all labours and T&P for earth work in all kind of soil within 50mtr inttial lead and 1.5mtr initial lift including rough dressing and breaking of clods maximum 5cmto 7cm size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30mtr in depth & as per direction of EIC.

SAND FILLING: Supplying filling in foundation & plinth with sand well watered & rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes all labour, T&P etc all complete as per specification and direction of EIC. i) For Bedding

Back Filling with Excavated Soil: Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

CEMENT CONCRETE: Providing cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size C.B.H.G. chips in floor including supplying all labour, materials, T&P and cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes, etc. all complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

HDPE PIPE: Laying of 110mm dia HDPE- Class-3 ( PN-6 ) IS:4984-1995 pipe including cost of pipe.

FIXING OF FLOOR TILES: Fixing Vertified industrial floor tiles of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10 mm confirming to IS:4457 of size 30cm x 30cm in floors or steps & landing on 25mm. thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing & polishing complete.

Disposal of Surplus Excavated Material: Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and transporting the excavated surplus materials by mechanical carriage and dumping it at a suitable place within 5 k.m. distance from work site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of IC: Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for Constructing Inspection chamber w in (1:1.5:3) mix with inside plaster 12mm. thick with cement mortar (1:4) finished with neat cement punning, 16mm. thick out side plaster (1:6), brick work with flyash bricks with crushing strength not less than 75kg/sqcm. in cement mortar (1:4) finished smooth complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Specification 450 x 450 x 500) i) 300 + ( 2 x 200 ) = 700

Extra Depth: Extra for every additional depth of 0.10mtr. or part there of Inspection chamber size. i) 700 x 1 = 700

DRAIN CROSSING: Supplying all labour and T&P for dismantling of Reinforced cement concrete grade M-20 for drain crossing of HDPE pipe to connect with external connection pipe. Repairing of Drain/ Structures with constructing cement concrete (1:3:6) work with 4cm size crusher broken granite metals including curing, bailing out water if necessary etc and constructing RCC work in M20 nominal mix (1:1.5:3) with 20mm and down graded crusher broken black hard granite, providing reinforcement steel as required, centering & shuttering, hoisting and laying of concrete, curing etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer.
