Dismantling of existing any type and any size of broken poles including dismantling of cross arms (channel/ angles) insulators, security lights, fittings and earth work complete all as directed at site. NOTE- (i) Rates includes demolition of concrete and making good. (ii) Dismantling of cross arms (Channels/angles) and insulators will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule.

Material and labour for prestressed cement concrete poles 9 M long of size 102mm x172 mm at top and 102mm x 279 mm at bottom class-10, conforming to relavent latest IS including refixing of security light fittings, brackets etc connecting testing complete all as specified and directed at site. NOTE : - P.C.C Work , excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (ii) Refixing of cross arms (Channels/angles) and insulators will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of schedule. (iii) The PCC pole shall be marked with manufacturer name, IS number, class and CG etc. Make : Sankhla Udyog Jodhpur/Cement Fabric Jodhpur/ Indian PCC Pole.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size from existing poles all as directed.

Fixing only of any type any size of dismantled insulators (serviceable insulators retrived from item No 03 above) all as directed at site.

Supply and fix pin type porcelain insulator, vitreous white brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle two GI washer and GI Nuts 100 mm height 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified.

Supply and fix shackle type porcelain vitreous white insulator 1100 volt grade 75 mm in height and 90 mm dia including galvanised mild steel strap of size 31x3mm , 12 mm dia insulators bolts, washers and nuts complete all as specified.

Dismantling of broken stay assembly from various location any size and stay rod complete all as specified and directed at site.

Material and labour for stay assembly complete with 230x230x 6 mm thick plate and 16 mm dia stay rod all as shown in elect plate NO-1 of SSR-part -1 including stay wire of appropriate size and suitable loop insulators all as spcified and directed by Engr in charge. Note : Excavation in any type of soil and PCC for stay shall be measured and paid seperately.

Restringing only of ACSR conductor straightening properly on insulators and binding with aluminum taps /binding wire /conductor jumper etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note :- T & P / Vehicle mounted Telescopic Ladder required to carry out the Restringing of ACSR at height up to 15 meter will be issued under Schdule 'C'.

Dismantling of cross arms (Clamp, nut bolts ),care fully from site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for steel structure, cross arms bracing supports ,clamps, back plates of any type, section incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot in any size and shape all as directed Including two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only (serviceable items as obtained from under itme No 11 above) steel structure, cross arms bracing supports ,clamps, back plates of any type, section incl. nuts, bolts, washers, welding ,bending cold or hot in any size and shape all as directed Including two coats of aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of surface all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Laying only in trenches in replacement of unserviceable cable/ LT OH line, LT under ground cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed 1100 V grade armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor including testing commissioning of the following cross sectional area : - Note : (i) LT XLPE cable will be issued by department free for fixing under Sch 'B'. (ii) Earth work, cable protection, sand shall be measured and paid separately. (a) 6 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm, 2 /3.5 /4 Core.

(b) 95 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm, 3.5 Core.

(c) 240 Sqmm to 400 Sqmm, 3.5 Core.

Supply and replacement of unserviceable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional 10 sq mm 4 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

All as per item No 14 but 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core.

Material and Labour for GI tubing light grade in repairs incl. accessories for protection of cables on poles / under road crossing of following sizes. Make :- Tata/Jindal/Parkash Surya (a) 80 mm dia

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 M² on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable screened un-washed river sand and punning for cushioning to cable all as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection.

Relaying of stone slab(patti), roughly hammer dressed stone, 40 to 50 mm thick, 25 to 30 cm wide and not less than 60 cm long laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil.

Removing of excavated soil not exc. 50 M from starting points all as directed by EIC.

Material and labour for repair to outdoor type double door LT panels/Fedder pillar box by repairing/replacing hinges at site by replacing unserviceable pedestal locks, replacing unserviceable bow handle and connected accessories of front, rear and inner doors by welding, cutting, drilling etc and incl fixing with MS nuts and bolts including tow coats of spray painting by synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable voltmeter/ Ammeter with Panel mounted multi function three phase digital energy meter of accuracy Cl-1.0 for measuring Voltage, Current, KW, KVAR, KWH, KVAH and power factor and making the disturbed surface good by welding/riveting in MS sheet 1.6 mm thick on the hollow portion duly painted all as directed at site. Make: Schneider EM6400 or equivalent in Siemens/Legrand/ABB

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable indicators any type with LED based indicating lamps of RYB colour incl disconnecting and connecting of the same all as directed at site. Make : Legrand/ABB/Siemens

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable CT of LT Panel /Feeder pillar box with CT of 200/5 ratio incl connecting, disconnecting and testing complete all as directed at site.

Material and labour Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C -2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/copping including necessary form work ,fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement complete form, all as directed by EIC.

M&L for Trimming and pruning of one tree complete cutting of all branches of any dia but not exceeding 75 mm up to a safe distance from the over head lines complete all as directed at site and disposal of branches/bushes to a distance and clearing the site all as directed by AGE EM-III. NOTE:- 1. The necessary man power, tool & plant, cutting tools and JCB required for cutting/pruning of branches is deemed to incl in the rate quoted for the job. 2. Proper shut down will be taken by the authorised rep only. 3. T&P / Vehicle mounted Telescopic Ladder required for carry out the repair work on lights at a height up to 15 meter will be issued to contractor under Schedule 'C' as demanded by contractor.

M & L for disconecting and re conecting of burnt LT XLPE cable to OH conductor on pole/ equipment including removing of faulty part of cable, preparation of cable for connection, suitable AL lugs, nut bolts etc and as directed on site by EIC. Note: The cost of earth work for taking out LT cable loop and refiling will deemed to be included in above qoted rate.

M&L for LT straight through jointing kit suitable for XLPE/ PVC Cable 1100 volts grade, heat shrinkable type for indoor/ outdoor applications complete including preparing ends of cable all as directed and specified as under :- (a) 35 to 70 sqmm 3.5 /4 core

(b) 95 to 150 sqmm 3.5 core

(c) 185 to 300 sqmm 3.5 core

Material and labour for spray painting to outdoor type double door LT panels/Fedder pillar box incl angle iron stand by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning the surface thouroughly with scrapper of MS sheet and angle iron stand incl cleaning of cables, wiring and other non painted parts of paint all as directed at site.

Material and Labour for ZEBRA painting of PCC/steel poles 9/11 m long alongwith road upto 1.5 m height from pedestal, with two coats of enamel synthetic paints in 30 cm height incl painting of pole coping with black paint and writing pole No. all as directed by EIC

Dismantling of broken U/S existing earthing with galvanised steel strip 32x6mm and 10/8 SWG wire complete including removing of PCC from site.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600mmx600mmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of strata incl PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover including charcoal , salt, funnel, all as directed at site. Note : Rate included for excavation & earth work in any type of strata as shown in electric plate no-3 in SSR Part-I.

Motorized Auguring/driling in road at 60 cm depth of dia sutable for laying of 40/50/80/mm dia GI tubing pipe.

Material and Labour for GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories, socket, union, elbow, tap or other connected assy and fixed complete to walls or laid in floors for inter connection water supply to earthing pits and water points at sub station of size 20 mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Tata/Jindal/Parkash Surya.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m in depth for erection of poles, struts/stays, leveling of yard etc not exceeding 10 M² on plan and exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Supply and fix PVC seprators type as per existing size/sample on LT over head line for 4 wire LT system. Note : T&P / Vehicle mounted Telescopic Ladder required to carry out the work at a height up to 15 meter will be issued to contractor under Schedule 'C' for fixing of separators.

All as per item No 40 but PVC seprators 2 wire LT system.

Material and labour for GI strip laid in trenches / fixed on wall of size 32 mm x 6 mm laid for inter connecting /extension in earthing including excavation and earth work complete all as directed at site.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT Panel board, outdoor type, gable roof, floor mounted, factory made suitable for 415 volt, 3 PH, 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system having bus bars chamber with copper bus bars of rating 400 amps duly insulated by insulation of RYB colour 100 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulators.
