Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506. 50mm (Fifty Millimeter) thick)Bitumen VG-30 (Thirty) . (Viscosity grade- thirty) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS: 8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom.On bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm . (Zero Point two five Kilogramme per square metre)including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 30 mm (thirty milimetre) compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 Viscosity @ 5.5% (five point five percent )(percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (three Percent )(percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity..including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
