Carrying Out Services of Catering Housekeeping Sweeping and Cleaning Horticulture, Security and Other Related Works at Electricity Training Center Kavinagar Ghaziabad for the FY-2026-27

House Keeping of all suits, dormitary, dining hall, kitchen & outer area that include lobby, stairs, road, parking including cleaning/sweeping/dusting and praparation of bed with clean and ironed bed sheet /cover/pillows/blanket etc. Proper cleaning of bathroom, providing with soap, bath soap, shampoo pouch, odonil, sanitry cubes, cleaning big and small towel, Mosquito repellant as and when required its also add removal of rubbish from permises. Rates include all labour, material, T & P required for proper completion of work. (For One Month per sqm of carpet area) For all other districts in UP except that mentioned in item number 23.17. Thorough cleaning of peripheral area/approach roads/ open space on every floor/parking area outside building daily by engaging minimum 01 Nos. or more house keeping boys including cutting of bush/jungle and washing etc. and disposal of refuse, sludge/waste etc. outside corporation area required for proper completion of work as per direction E/I. Providing catering & round the clock security services in erector hostels/Guest houses/ Inspection houses above 4 suites including maininance and cleaning of cutlery, crockery and also including provision of morning/evening tea and meals on payment basis to the guests/ occupants. (Ref. CSI No. 23.01b SOR 2023-24)

Servicing of Air Conditioner (For Window/Split) by aurthorised service center complete in all respect including all labour and T&P. (Ref. CSI No. 20.30 SOR 2023-24)

Servicing of Air Conditioner and filling of GAS (For Window/Split) by aurthorised service center complete in all respect including all labour and T&P. (Ref CSI No. 20.31 SOR 2023-24)

Supply and Installation in complete respect of 2 Ton Split AC 5 star (O General, Hitachi, Daikin make ) along with 5 KVA V Guard or equivalent make stabilizers, stands, drain pipes etc including all labour and T&P and all related works as required for proper installation and running of the system complete in all respects as approved by Engineer In Charge (Ref CSI No. 28.35 SOR 2023-24)

Supply and Installation in complete respect of 1.5 Ton Split AC 5 star (O General, Hitachi, Daikin make ) along with 5 KVA V Guard or equivalent make stabilizers, stands, drain pipes etc including all labour and T&P and all related works as required for proper installation and running of the system complete in all respects as approved by Engineer In Charge.
