M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Design Mix for bituminous macadam shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20.B.2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (Specifications). (iii) Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 70/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer paving bitumen with viscosity grade VG-10 at 5 kg per 10 sqm on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of bitumen with viscosity grade VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 10 tonnes power roller to required complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Design Mix for SDAC shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20 B 2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (Specifications). M&L for marking lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc not exceeding 15 cm wide on bituminous surfaces with retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with reflector sing glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area confirming to MOST & BIS specification, not less than 2.00 mm thick of white/ golden/ yellow as approved colour/shade and applied with machine, as per manufacturer's instructions including preparation of surface i.e cleaning of surface by removing all dust, dirt oil grease etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair spring posts made of special PU (poly urethane) material, which can quickly restore to its original state without damaging the vehicle and itself in case of a high speed collision. Highly reflective heat transfer sheet is pasted on specially designed grooves, make it highly visible from distance at night or in bad weather. The tensile strength and UV stabilizers enables it withstand the harshest of weather conditions. It is easy to install with an anchor fasters complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar road stud of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm made ot of toughened aluminium alloy body with polycarbonated top cover, IP protection against water ingress, having 03 Nos super bright LEDs on each side coloured reflective LED cover in built rechargeable battery, solar panel visibility upto 600 meter automatically turns on at night and turns off down, flashing for min 3 days once fully charged, sutable for night & adverse weather condition and fixed with epoxy chemical cement and hardner ( Bituminous adhesive BT-69). complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye as ( Road stud) of 120mm x 90 mm size made of polycarbonate moulded body with electronically welded prismatic retro range on both sides for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition to be fixed with bituminous adhesive BT-69 any description complete including removal of old cat eye complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for proving precast cement concrete in type B1 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in kerbs and edging to road, devider and foothpath etc incl necessary earthwork with plain fair faces, incl chamfered weathering, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 :4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 500mm to 1000mm dia convex mirror for visibility and fixed with 50 mm dia SS pipe medium grade ISI mark (height of pipe not less than 1.20 M from ground level) & embedded in post holes size ( 200mm x 200mm x400mm) in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) & including earth work & excavation, RFR complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and thrown away at low laying area, distance & location as directed by GE complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand for laying of interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and direceted.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping/benching including weathering throating and necessary formwork complete all as specified and direceted.
