Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket, or power) complete including fittings and fixture such as switches, ceiling roses pendants, regulators sockets / DBs / main switches include boards etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately), removing material, from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point/fan/bell point controlled by one switch complete with PVC insulated unsheathed, 1100 volts grade cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) FRLS type multi stranded copper conductor, single core using approved colour code as per IS code drawn in and including not less than 20 mm dia rigid PVC conduit 'medium grade' ISI marked but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause No 19.125 of SSR Part I including all conduit accessories for concealed wiring including concealed GI flush mounting junction box of required size factory made , with modular base and cover plate of required colour for mounting modular switch, sockets, fan regulator etc including 1.5 sqmm FRLS type PVC insulated unsheathed cable multi-stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire and connected to earth dolly as required at site & including chases cutting & making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (ii) The rate of cutting chases required for concealing the PVC conduits alongwith the fittings / fixtures like elbow, bends , conduit/flush boxes etc. and making good the disturbed surface is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted and nothing extra shall be paid for this.

Supply and fixing LED High bay light of ≤150 Watt, Indoor type, comprising of pressure die cast housing, luminaire lumen ≥ 18000 lm, system efficiency of ≥ 120 lumens/W, wide beam angle, surge protection 4.0 KV, alongwith hanging/fixing arrangement incl dismantling and taking down old u/s lights any type complete all as specified and directed. Four stage electrical protection: (i) Over voltage protection (ii) Under voltage protection (iii) Short circuit and reverse polarity protection (iv) Over temperature protection Note: (i) Old u/s lights (any type) shall be dismantled and taking down from height upto 5-15 m (aaprox) and new lights will be fixed at same height, rate of arrangement for reaching at this height are deemed to be included in overall rate quoted and nothing extra shall be paid for this. Material and labour for wet servicing of split AC by highly skilled technician incl both indoor and outdoor units using water and specialized cleaning agents to thoroughly clean the cooling coils, condenser coils, outside panels, drain and fillet pipes by using pressure jet ,jet pump, jackets cover to prevent spills, cleaning foam, blowers, brush, cleaning cloths etc complete servicing with additional checks as: (i) Check for Gas Pressure (ii) Check for Power Consumption (iii) Check for level of indoor unit for proper water flow (iv) Check Thermostat (v) Check all electrical connections and tighten them.

Note: Rate of arrangement (ladder/Scaffolding) for reaching at a height for dismantling and taking down outdoor unit from multi-story buildings are deemed to be incl in quoted rates.

Material and labour for installation and mounting of split AC incl all electric and copper tube connections, drilling on brick wall (up to 12") for copper tube & drain pipe and interconnecting them with electrical wires and communication cables with proper testing after installation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate of arrangement (ladder/Scaffolding) for reaching at a height for installation outdoor unit to multi-story buildings are deemed to be incl in quoted rates.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking down Window AC after restoring gas and disconnection of all electrical and copper tubes and deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate of arrangement (ladder/Scaffolding) for reaching at a height for dismantling and taking down AC unit from multi-story buildings are deemed to be incl in quoted rates.

Material and labour for installation of window AC incl all electric and copper tube connections with proper testing after installation complete all as specified and directed.
