SH: I - Operation and Maintenance

Annual Operation and Maintenance of E&M Installations & Fire Alarm System in shifts on all working days i/c Sundays and holidays involving operation, preventive / routine / breakdown maintenance, attending complaints, repairs with proper tools & plants, documentation etc. as per the contract terms and conditions and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Total manpower to be provided: (a) 03 No. DG Operator - Semi-Skilled (b) 03 Nos. Wireman - Skilled (c) 01 No. Computer Operator -Highly Skilled (Please refer SCC Cl. No. 44 on page 153 of tender documents before quoting the rates)

Deployment of following manpower at site for carrying out various operation and maintenance works to meet the actual site requirements as and when required.

SH: II - Minor Repairs & Maintenance Works

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil at site including BDV testing before and after oil filtration and submission of test report etc. as required for transformer of capacity 630 KVA, 11KV, Oil Capacity : 417 Litre (Kirloskar make).

Providing new transformer oil for topping up as per requirement.

Complete rewinding of the motor of following capacity Monoblock submersible pump including lowering & lifting from open well, transportation, loading, unloading charges complete as required.

Complete rewinding of the motor of following capacity Monoblock pump including transportation, loading, unloading charges complete as required.

Complete rewinding of ceiling fan including transportation, loading, unloading charges complete as required.

Complete rewinding of following size exhaust fan including transportation, loading, unloading charges complete as required.

Up to 300 mm size

Up to 450 mm size

Painting of electrical panel with one or more coats of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface etc. as required.

SH: III - Calibration and Testing of Relays & Meters

Calibration and testing of all numeric relays (1 Nos), auxiliary relays (7 Nos) provided in 11 KV HT Panel by Secondary Injection Test as required through the firm having valid calibration certificates and submission of test reports as reqd.

Calibration and testing of analogue and digital metering instrument i.e. A, V, KV, Hz Meters, Clamp Meter, Multimeter, Insulation Tester, Earth Tester etc. and submission of test reports as reqd.

Calibration and minor repairing/servicing of Clinometer (PAPI angle checking instrument) with replacement of bubbles if required including transportation charges from Jalgaon Airport site to OEM site along with submission of test report of calibration from OEM complete as required.

Calibration and minor repairing/servicing of 150 Kg capacity electronic weighing machine along with submission of test report of calibration from legal metrology department complete as required.

Calibration and minor repairing/servicing of 5 Kg CI weight along with submission of test report of calibration from legal metrology department complete as required.

SH: IV - SUPPLY OF SPARES AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.

3C x 2.5 sq.mm. flexible copper conductor FR PVC insulated PVC round sheathed, 1100 Volts confirming to IS:694 ISI of approved make (1 No. = 1 coil of 100 Mtrs. Length).

Supply of 200 W 6.6A Halogen lamps with PK-30d base with, male connector. (Cat No. 64382 OSRAM or Equivalent) as required.

Supply of 105 W 6.6A Prefocus dichroic coated reflector lamps suitable for inset type light fixtures (Cat No. 64339A of Osram or Equivalent) as required.

Supply of Self adhesive HT rubber tape having water proof, moisture proof, corrosion and chemical resistive features, withstand 22KV/mm suitable for 5kV grade AFL cables. Size 25mm x 0.76mm x 9.1 M. (Stanvac Ply safe #W963)

Supply of Relay Module card Suitable for NASU make CCR's

Supply of TTM Card Suitable for NASU make CCR's

Supply of Thyristor suitable for 30 KW NASU CCR

Supply of Thyristor suitable for 7.5KW NASU CCR

Supply of Thyristor suitable for 4 KW NASU CCR

Supply & Replacement of 400 A, 4P, AC Power contactor of Make: GE, Model No: CK08BA400 suitable for existing AMF Panel at substation and fixing with all accessories, interconnections, connection, etc. as required.

EXECUTION OF WORKS AS PER CPWD DSR 2018 (E&M) AND SPECIFICATIONS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED.

CPWD DSR 2018 (E&M)

The rate shall be quoted for this item as per examples given below- • Please refer clause 46 of SCC page No. 153 before quoting rates for this item. • If bidder wants to quote the rates at par with rates of DSR-2018 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 1.00 in the rate column. • If bidder wants to quote the rates 10% above the rates of DSR-2018 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 1.10 in the rate column. • If bidder wants to quote the rates 10% below the rates of DSR-2018 (E & M), then bidder has to quote 0.90 in the rate column.
