Supply and providing 100 mm /nearest size MS pipe 5mm thickness(Tata/jindal make)complete with suitable size 12 mm thick flanges coupling with minimum 4/5 mtr length using suitable packing ,MS bolt,nut and washersa and raisingthe same using chain pullies,necessary scafoldings ,supporting with main building using necessary channel /angle in suitable size ,etc. incluing painting with two coats of high temperature resistant aluminium paint etc. for extending the exhaust pipe of 63 KVA Diesel Generator

Do - 150mm/nearest size MS pipe

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil and despositing with a lead up to a 50 m and lift up to 1.50m including neat banking

Cement concretye 1:2:4 using 20mm broken stone for reinforced concrete work

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm(normal size )broken stone (m3)

Plastering with cement motor 1:4, 12mm thick one coat

Reinforcement for R.C.C works, bend tied and placedin position(plain grill requiring blend cold) using torsteel

Supply of HSD for trail run

Load testing 63 KVA DG swet including all equipments and Hire charges of T and P excluding fuel

Fabrication of fully partioned,dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments )using 1.60mm CRCA sheet as per approved desighn and requirements, with front and access facility, bus/Chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartment, earthing doors using 4 sqmm brided copper conducter, provideing necessary cutouts for mounting meters,relays,indication lamps, bus/interconnection etc,detachable covers for bus/chamber and cable aley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc. as required.CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. angles /flatch/sloated angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly.The messurement should be taken the area of the complete sheet used for panel board including partions, folding,shrouding etc. including control wiring .

Supply and fixing the following types of beeding along the periphery of doors /ather detachable compartment to make the panel assembly dust and vermin proof including sticking with glue "A " section neoprene beeding suitable for 1.60/2.00 mm sheet

Supply and providing the following size of SMC sheets in the panel as barriers and shrouding using required bolts and nuts including cutting to shape etc., as required 3mm thick

Fabrication ,supply,coveyance and installation of base frame for floor mounting type panel board using channel of class designation ISMC 75 including cutting ,welding,drilling holes ,painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer, bolting the frame to the panel and to the finished floor using required bolt and nuts, making good damages etc. as required .

Fabrication ,supply,coveyance and installation of angel iron frame work for wall mountoing panel board using suitable size angle iron cut and welded to shape including painting with two coats of synthetic Enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chromate primer, bolting frame to the using required bot and nuts, fixing the whole to the wall, making good the damages etc. as required .

Fabrication ,supply and fixing main bus bar system and inter connections with electrolyte grade copper strips/rigid conducters conforming to IS 1867 (with latest amendments ) for bus bar arrangement with single srip per phase supported on finger type bus bar supports of adequate size,spacing between supports not exeeding 50 cm and overhang not exeeding 5 cm including bending to shape ,drilling holls, tinning the points of contacts ,fixing heet shrinkable PVC sleeves, plated bolts and nuts with plate washers and spring washers,copper sockets for round conducters . etc.as required

Fabrication,supply and fixing earth bus system with copper strip/conducter and connecting all accessories as per rule including g tinning the points of contacts etc as required.

Preparation of drawings including Schematic circuit daigram necessary approval from the electrical Inspectorate including all fee etc (Actual amount paid on origianl chellan/bill/invoice)
