M & L for 18 – 20 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab (pre-polished) as in flooring over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) as in floor, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including necessary grinding, rubbing, rounding to exposed edges complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM Nos. 4.00, 5.00, 07.00, 13.00 & 15.00 : Screed bed shall not be measured and paid for separately and shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted.

Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exceeding 2 km and not exceedeing 2.5 km including roughening of old concrete suirface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) with using water proofing compound @0.2 ltr per bag of cement weight or as per manufacturer's instruction over existing roof surfaces for applying single component acrylic polymer modified, water proof coating finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound 200 ml per beg of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed. NOTE : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid perarately under relevant item of schedule 'A'.

Dismantling water tanks and removing from site of capacity exceeding 250 Ltrs and not exceeding 500 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing from site of capacity exceeding 500 Ltrs and not exceeding 1000 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on ceiling, soffits of slabs, chajjas, columns and beams etc and finished the plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over and including applying 2 coats of cement based wall putty 1 mm each to wall surface complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) Surface where Wall care putty to be provided shall be cleaned by vacuum suction system to remove all the dust. (ii) Wall care putty shall be mixed in multipurpose mixer machine. Putty shall be applied with Putty Sprayer. (iii) Distemper shall be applied with Auto Roller, which consists of pump attached to the roller head and ensures a uniform feed of paint to the roller and also ensure any spillage on the floor and windows as in the case of a conventional painting methodology. Roller in coats comprises of vertical strokes upward and downward which together constitute one coat. A uniformly finished surface without patches, roller marks etc shall be obtained. (iv) The work shall be carried out through authorized applicator of the manufacturer. Contractor shall submit details of applicator for approval of GE prior to execution.

M & for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with the following course of treatment/ specification: - (i) Cleaning top surface of floors /slabs and laying 50 mm thick (avg) PCC of grade M10 (Nominal mix) , mixed with WPC as per manufactrrer's instruction laid in slope 1:20 towards spouts including coveting corners. (ii) 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on sides mixed with WPC as pe rmanufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying 1st layer of slurry @ 0.488 kg / sqm mixed wth acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.253 kg /sqm This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4 hrs. (iv) applying 2nd layer of slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementenous compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm.This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs. (v) Applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 penetration @ 1.50 kg/sqm on plastered and concrete surfaces (vi) Providing 150 micron thick polyutethene paint in two coats (each of 75 micron measured dry on dry surface over a coat of PU primer including preparation .
