Excavation for structure Earth work in excavation for strucutres as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal up to a lead of 50 metre, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavted suitable materials(Ordinary Soil) upto 3 metre depth. including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 PCC.Grade-M-10 nominal mix 1:3:6 ( one cement : three sand: six graded stone aggregates including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to combor ( earth work) for the cutting involved or sub-grade to be paid for seperately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD., Specification.

Consolidating of sub-grade with road roller including making good the undulationetc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub-grade completed as per HPPWD., specifications.

Provinding,laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing,rolling with three wheeel 80-100KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming, crushable of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-I as per Technical specification Clause 405 (BY manaual Means)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, roling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading -ll as per Technical specification clause 405. by Manual Means including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying priming coat with paving bitumen of VG-10 (Ten) grade confirming to l:S 73 to be applied by heating in oil fired and self propelled or towed bitumen boiler and spraying the material uniformly with pressure sprayer at the rate of 1.00 Kg/sqm on the existing WBM surface cleaned with hydraulic brooms as per PWD Technical Specification including hauling/carriage of materials through all modes of transporation with in all leads and other incidentals and as per the satisfaction and direction of the engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Paving bitumen of VG-10 grade (Viscosity grade ten) conforming to lS:73 to be applied by heating in oil fired &self propelled or towed bitumen boiler and spraying the materials uniformly with pressure sprayer at a rate 0.30 to 0.40 kg per sqm (zero point three zero point four zero kilogram per square metre) on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom. By Mechanical Mean including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials and other incidental charges complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20mm thick open-Graded premix Carpet using Bituminous (VG-10)(Viscosity grade ten) Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm (twenty milimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm(thirteen point twenty milimetre) to 5.6 mm (five point six milimetre) aggregate using Bitumen VG-10 grade(Viscosity grade ten) conforming to IS:73 bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheeled 80-100kn (eighty to hundred ) static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per Technical specification clause 508.Bitumen VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) grade by mechnical means . including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Bitumen VG-10 grade(Viscosity grade ten) by mechanical mean including carriage of materials with in all leads,lifts and other incidentals complete as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
