Special Repair work proposal for deployment of Machinery for clearance of road during rain/snow damages on various NH Stretches in the State of Himachal Pradesh during 2026.27

Hiring of Hydraulic excavator 1.20 cum bucket capacity (PC 210 L & T comatsu / Bolvo/Hyundai /doosan and other) crawler mounted hydraulic execuvator with breaker as per requirement for cuting / execavation/ filling /slips i/c cost of feul oil lubricant and wages opprating any repair/breakage during operation will be carried out by the contractor /owner at his own risk. Shifting of machinery from one place to other place within site will be absolute responsibility of the contractor and no payment will be made for the same . Only actual working hours will be accounted for the payment. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of excution of work shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor and will compensated by him at his on risk and cost , cutting in earth / removal of slips in all kinds of soil including loading in Tippers/ Trucks, removal / disposal of the same in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. No payment will be made for machine lying ideal at site due to no work or non availbility of working hours due to unfavourable climatic conditions.

Hiring of Excavator-Cum-loader having Bucket capacity of 0.90 to 1.00 cum and back hoe bucket capacity of 0.20 to 0.30 cum for removal of clearance of Slips i/c operating and service staff as required , POL including full time chowkidar for machine complete in all respect. Any loss or damage caused by/to the machinery during transit or at site of work shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor and will be borne by the contractor at his own cost. The break down or any kind of hindrence charges of machinery or operating staff shall be met out of his own cost.Other conditions shall be subject to the various clauses of contract aggrement including all leads, lifts and carriage as per entire satisfection of Engineer-in-charge.

Hiring of tipper (5.5 cum ) of Light commercial vehical category for carriage of earth/debris/boulder and other construction materials from various location etc. including wages of tipper driver, 1 cleaner including P.O.I. Any repair/damaged during the work will be absolute responsibility of the contractor/ owner of the tipper. No payment shall be made for idle time of the tipper, payment shall be restricted solely to the actual working hours duly recorded in the site logbook and certified by the Engineer-in-Charge. Any accidental and other damages to public and private properties occured during working hours is the sole responsibility of the contractor. The work has to be completed to the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
