Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 Mtr below ground level. The earth plate to be connetced with GI earthing strip of size 32mmx6mm thick by means of brazing between GI strip and earth plate min 45 cm in vertical length and GI strip also to be joined by brazing only. The GI earthing strip to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) up to ground level. Earthing shall be include with providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) up to 90 cm all around earth plate further filled with 60 cm thick Tibba sand and 2nd layer with 30 cm of Magnesium sulphate powder (compact thickness ) , 3rd layer with tibba sand up to the ground level. Earthing shall also be include for providing concrete earth pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (with 20mm graded stone aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work and testing, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI Strip upto 7.5 metre is deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

Supply and Laying XLPE Cable 120 Sqmm 3.5 core in trenches/fixed on walls/poles of passing through pipe, PVC insulated armoured heavy duty LT U/G electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade with suitable cable glands and lugs etc, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth for laying of cables etc getting out including forming bottom surface to required level and gradient in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L removal of excavated material such as soils n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, and including spreading and leveling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.
