Gypboard Partition : Double-skinned Gypsum board on both sides

Providing and fixing partition with 12.5 mm thick double skin tapered edged Gypsum board conforming to IS:2095: Part 1 upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and

required board, including providing and fixing of frame work.The boards are to be fixed to the frame work with joints staggered to avoid through cracks, M.S. fixing channel to

be provided at the horizontal joints of two boards, fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws. Rate shall include supply & fixing of Gypboard on both sides of the

frame work vertically spanning from floor to ceiling fixed with dry wall screws to a suitable dia and length at every 300 mm c/c. The screws should be of zinc chromium plated,

self drilling etc. The joints between the gyp-boards shall be finished flush and even with jointing compound and paper tape.

Rate shall include necessary arrangement to ensure proper anchorage / fixing using diagonal struts for bracing from the RCC Roof to get sufficient rigidity (to the required
