Selection of Transaction Advisory Services for construction of sports complex of international standards on Public Private Partnership model at Ravuthanahalli, Bengaluru (on success fee model)

xperience in providing Advisory Services for Stadium project- The Bidder should have experience of at least 2 consultancy assignments for undertaking financial feasibility assessment and market study or market demand assessment for development of Stadium or Sports projects any other similar large-scale project. The assignment must have been undertaken and completed within past10yearspreceding the PDD. 5 marks for each such project undertaken. Supporting Document to be submitted (all documents to be submitted unless otherwise specified): Copy of work order/ contract issued by the client, Copy of Completion Certificate issued by the client, signed by authorized representative for the client

Experience in providing Advisory Services for establishment of Stadium projects or sports related projects- The Bidder shall have experience at least one assignment for establishment of Stadium projects or other large scale sports related projects. The assignment must have been undertaken and completed within past10yearspreceding the PDD. 5 marks for each such project undertaken. Supporting Document to be submitted (all documents to be submitted unless otherwise specified) Copy of work order/ contract issued by the client. Copy of Completion Certificate issued by the client, signed by authorized representative for the client.

Experience in providing Transaction Advisory Services for PPP projects- The Bidder should have experience of at least one consultancy assignment for undertaking financial feasibility assessment and bid advisory / transaction advisory for development of an infrastructure project on PPP mode for a public sector organization including central government or state government or PSU in India. The assignment must have been undertaken and completed (i.e., the private sector player / concessionaire is selected) within past 10 years preceding the PDD. Project Cost should be more than Rs.100 crores. - 5 marks for each such project undertaken. Supporting Document to be submitted (all documents to be submitted unless otherwise specified): Copy of workorder/contract issued by the client Copy of Completion Certificate issued by the client, signed by authorized representative for the client
