Material & Labour for removing the existing unservicable tapastry cloth cushion of sofa set and renewal with new tapestry cloth including mulmul with 100mm thick PU/COOL foam cushion of 40 density of size 558mmx533mmx100mm all as shown on drg No FD-281 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Each cushion for seat of back will be measured as single unit (ii) The tapastry cloth shall be mat finish as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR REVOLVING ALL TYPE . Removing unserviceable plywood of seat and back foam and fabric/Rexine of chair revolving, supply and fixing pressed plywood in shape 12mm thick for seat & Back, Polyurethane foam 50mm thick for back and 75mm thick for seat duly covered with approved quality Fabric/Rexine with PVC lapping complete all as specified and directed. Note: Seat and Back shall be fixed as per trade pattern

Removing unserviceable lifting system of chair revolving and repair the system by using new part i.e lever, washer, nut, Bush etc and makes the chair tighting in order complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable Pneumatic gear lift system of revolving chair and supply and fixing Pneumatic gas lift system and making chair functional as per trade pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Removing unserviceable pronged base leg from revolving chair and supply and fixing with new PP leg base as per existing pattern and all as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.
