Supply of manual grass cutters for grass cutting in operational area (inaccessible area for grass cutting machines) and other operational requirements etc. throughout the year. The contractor has to obey the direction and supervision of ops. department for labour management like making of operational area pass, deployment of labour at different locations of operational area after reporting at AOCC, necessary training for safety& security, making of attendance register and any other sensitization to labour.[Note:- Rate for this item is fixed. i.e. Rs.799.00 per day per labour. Providing a suitable Passenger Vehicle (A.C) of commercial licence of minimum 4 seated capacity with good running condition having Hard Top in case of Jeep either petrol or diesel driven including driver for General Administration of the Contract i.e. for taking the samples from work / plant site to laboratory and movement of the official during progress of work for checking / controlling the quality of work etc. including cost of diesel / petrol / fuel & lubricants etc. for smooth running of vehicle (limiting to 2500 Kms per month). Payment shall be made on pro-rata basis depending on actual mileage logged on monthly basis.

Providing services of document controller / computer operator for maintaining / retrieving hard & soft copy of documents , taking dictation & typing, filing, despatching, making statements ,correspondence letters etc. by engaging the appropriate skilled people and delivering the services as and when required by AAI officials and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge for the Engineering Wing at NSCBI Airport , Kolkata. [Note:- Rate for this item is fixed. i.e. Rs.911.51 per day. The bidder has to quote only the fixed rate (i.e. Rs.911.51). The rate quoted above and below of fixed rate shall not be applicable for this item.]

Providing services of office assistant for diary/despatch, movement of files ,photocopy etc and attending office by engaging the appropriate skilled people (office boy) and delivering the services as and when required by AAI officials and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge for the Engineering Wing at NSCBI Airport , Kolkata.
