REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF LT UG CABLE POLES OH LINES AND ALLIED WORKS AT INA EZHIMALA

Taking down the unserviceable LT UG cable of size of 95 to 300 sqmm 3.5 core/04 core including removing electrical connection and keeping side serviceable cable include removing cable protection cover etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.01 above but size up to 70 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Exacavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- a) For all items involving excavation work contractor has to obtain prior approval from station HQ to avoid loss of other co existing utility services, in case of damage to any property he would be liable for its rectification. b)The excavation has to be done manually only.

Returning and filling in including levelling watering and well ramming into layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr from starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading riddled earth for cushioning of the UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and lay PCC un reinforced cable cover of size 250mmx 150mmx40mm , class LV type I flat for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying of PCC un reinforced LT cable cover of size 250 mmx 150mmx40mm item obtained from ser no 01 & 02 complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying LT cable in trench/fixing to walls/pipe/pole with proper saddles, lugs,glands XLPE insulated heavy duly galvanised steel strip armoured LT1100 volt grade with aluminium conductors of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of bus bar chamber 4way outdoor type of size 60cmx 60cm x 45cm, made out of 3mm thick MS sheet with 400 Amp rated aluminium busbar (TP&N) with necessary insulators mounted on 25x 25x 6mm thick angle iron legs fixed in PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting the existing road/hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soling and moorum filling including excavating for laying the cable/pipe, width 0.5 Mtr and depth 0.7 Mtr all as directed and making good the road/hard using pre mix bituminous as required at site to match with the existing surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Before using the hand drilling/ breaker machine diamond cutter will be used all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of GI tubing light grade 50 mm nominal dia including taking down in trench/road/pole for cable protection complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item no. 25 above but size of 80 mm nominal dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour cleaning LT panel by removing grass/creepers around the LT panel upto 1m in all side outdoor panel of any size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement of hinges,sliding door bolt of outdoor/indoor panel and applying grease on hinges and joints for outdoor/ indoor panel of any size as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Volt meter/Amp meter Volt complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of surface mounted device LED indicator (Red, green,yellow), low power consumption,surge and low voltage glow protection as on site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Multifunction meter VAF+PF, 3 phase 5A rating flush mounting complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for restringing of ACSR/conductor/Earth wire of any type in HT/LT overhead lines and to proper upkeep of and maintaining safe distance between conductors/ spans complete all as specifed and directed by Engneer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Pin insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel straps,washers,insulator bolts, washers and nuts and one galvanised steel nut 100 mm dia 65 mm height suitable for 1100volts grade all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix MS channel, cross arms bracings supports clamps and back plates in poles complete fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition for concrete of coping/foundation or as site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for mass filling in foundation/coping/wall with PCC 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded aggregate type C2 as site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for mass filling in foundation/coping/wall with PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded aggregate type D2 as site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for mass filling in foundation/coping/wall with PCC 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded aggregate type C2 as site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for scrapping out the faded/rusted old paint from the poles using wire brush, emery paper, and prepare the surface for painting , applying one coat of aluminium paint on the poles including, cross arm, clamps, bolts and nuts, anti-climbing device etc and writing the existing poles number with black paint over a yellow base after painting all as specified for any poles of height upto11 m with white cement paint for coping complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable MS channel, cross arm, clamp, and all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down old unserviceable insulator of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantling steel poles/struts of any type and length complete all as specifed and directed by Engneer-in-Charge.

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged pole type 410SP-31(9 mtr long) complete with CI base plate including 3 coat of bituminious paint for the embeded potion and two coats of aluminium over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting/trimming off the tree branches n. exc 30cm girth protruding/ touching both sides of the conductor 3 mtr away on both sides of the over head conductor lines of any type on any height and clearing all the unserviceable material all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
