Earth work in excavation for structure in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling / wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal of materials up to all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and shuttering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and / or labour of required. Any loss to the public /private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him as per direction of Engineer- in -charge and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying concrete for plain / reinforced concrete (1:4 :8 ) (One cement : four sand : eight graded crushed stone aggregate . 40 mm (Forty millimeter) nominal size in open foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803,1202 & 1203. plain cement concrete including form work and curring complete . including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkhana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014 Clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkhana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier in under constructing retaining wall comprising of 3 mm ( Three millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 Cm ( Seventy centimetre)above road/ ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x75 x5 mm ( One hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre) spaced 2 m ( Two meter) centre-to-centre, 1.8 m ( One point eight meter) high, 1.1 m ( One point one meter) below ground / road level , all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS : 1367 ( One thousand three hundred sixty seven) and IS : 1364 ( One thousand three hundred sixty four ) metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm ( One hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre, three hundred thirty millimetre ) long complete as per clause 810 item including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providng weepholes in plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall, return wall with 100mm (hundred millimetre ) dia PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (v): 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014 clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7.including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkhana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
