SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

S&F for united polyethylene septic tanks type-4, 3400 litres, 25-30 users made of polyethylene in a single moulding. The unique size and 3 chamber design of United polyethelene septic tanks play a very important role in processing waste. There are manholes provided for convenience. The high wall thickness withstands load and pressure of the earth to a great extent. Being light in weight, it is easy to transport and install. These septic tanks are made in salt resistant, nondegradable plastic, hence they are more suitable in saline areas. All that has to be done for fitting the tank is to fill the tank with water, connect the drain line to the inlet and outlet to the soak pit. Cover the manholes with the lids provided and the tank is ready to use including PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) below foundation, and vent shaft connection etc. complete all as including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Note: (i) Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning indoor type, step down transformer, 11 KV/415 volts (at full load) AC 3 phase 50 HZ, 160 KVA capacity, core type, double copper wound , Oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil Natural Air Natural (ON AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYN-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping at ±2.5% & ±5% on HV side to be charged by means of hands operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be IS:1180 BEE star rated capacity and shall comprises of the following:- (a) Three number porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side ( Primary side ) , complete with copper rods nuts and washers. (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four number porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with cable glands suitable for reception/ taking out 3.5 core 120 LT 1100 Volts grade, PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured cable including jointing material complete. (c) De-hydration breather with first filling of dehydrating agent (silica gel) Make :- BHEL/Schneider/ABB

(d) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, lifting lugs, oil filling hole with cap/ plug with connection plate complete, air release valve plug and four Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (e) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type, having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (f) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50 X 6 mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of body. '(g) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (j) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First fill of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 filtered and testing upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes. (l) Providing adequate size and number of channel embedded in floor, for movement of transformer. (m) Lifting lugs-02 Nos (n) Oil filling hole with cover. (o) Roller-04 Nos. Note :- The transformer shall be minimum two star rated as per GRIHA requirements.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with MS base plate continuously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP- 55 (11 metres long) including two coats of black bituminous paint internally throughout and externally upto embedded portion and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with black and white strip of 30 cm each upto 1.5 m height and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally on remaining exposed surface after errection in position including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Necessary earth work, PCC coping will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.)

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized iron strip of size 32x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass after welding of copper strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI light grade pipe 40 protection pipe upto test point, 20 mm dia GI watering mm watering pipe with funnel plate and wire mesh, PCC pit using cement concrete1:2:4, type B-1 with pit cover of size 30 x 30 cm made of RCC 1:2:4, B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with suitable handle, angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 4 mm, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, removal of surplus soil and returning filling all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75 x 75 x 6 mm fixed to wall all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR part-I and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Earthing required for External Electrification, Air Conditioning and Lightening Protection shall be measured under this item.

Supply and fixing cable jointing cable end gland for 1.1 KV grade cable with Jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, alumunium conductor cable of size 120 to 185 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type, complete all as specified.

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of cubical housing cabinet type LT feeder piller box out door type, plinth mounted, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof openable from both front and rear side made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet overall size to accomodate the following accesories and built from suitable size angle iron frame work, having front and rear hinged doors, lifting lugs 2 Nos, earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers and applying spray paint with powder coated painting. The panel should be suitable for 415 volts, 50 HZ, 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with solid aluminium bus bar having 1100 volts grade sleaving and internal connection should be provided with aluminium strips of suitable size and to accommodate the following MCCBs, including necessary foundation work complete all as specified and as directed. M & L chemical earthing system complete with copper earth plate 90cm x 60cm x 5mm & copper earth strip 32 x 6mm vertically to a depth not less than 3.50 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth electrode at a depth not less than 500 mm below normal ground level and further connected to test point terminal block of size 120mmX120mmX25mm made of copper as directed, including 30 Kg (Minimum for each earth pit) NABL Lab Certified back fill chemical compound for filling bore holes with soil mixed, so as to achieve earth resistance below 1 Ohms. DG SET WORKS

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Silent Diesel Generating Set (CPCB NORMS COMPLIANCE) 160 KVA comprising Engine and Alternator mounted and aligned on a common base frame complete with all standard accessories like Fuel tank, Manual Electric Panel AVM Pads fitted on Base Frame, 12/24 Volts DC Battery, Leads & Sound Proof Acoustic Enclosure. 160 KVA DG Set .Manual control panel 3 Phase (Liquid - Cooled) with Engine G2 platform with floor mounted 4 stroke, 06 cylinder having fuel tank capacity of 360 litres, water cooled with centrifugal water pump, gear driven type all as directed by Engr -in -Charge. Make: As per Appendix 'E'

(B) ALTERNATOR- Sailent pole brushless type suitable for direct couple to engine self excited, self regulated with fast response thyristor type electronic automatic voltage withhold out put voltage with in desired limit(+1%) Dynamically balanced 400/415 volts AC 3 phase 50 HZ, 4 wire 0.8 PF lagging 160 KVA 1500 RPM star connected (4 wire) screen protected drip proof enclousers liquid coolant cooled with radial fan mounted on rotor with insullation class- F/H and with stand an over load of 10% for one hour in every 12 hours operation ambient temperature condition as per BS 2613 IS 4722 with following accessories (Must have flexible disc closed coupled having serving +/- 1% no load to full load with selh excited single bearing.) :- (i) One MS frame suitable for mounting of Engine & alternator. (ii) One fuel tank of suitable capacity for 6-8 hrs continuous running complete with fuel gauge inlet/outlet connections drain valve with plug etc. (iii) Battery of 180 AH capacity with copper leads and terminals of suitable size.(01 No battery will be as per 12 volts starting system)

(C) AMF CONTROL PANEL -The panel shall be made out of fabricated sheet steel suitable for indoor floor mounting installation hinged from panel door for easy accessibility and suitable rated bus bar internal wiring fuses with suitable provision for connection incoming/out going leads. It will include for following accessories. (i) Alternator and mains connector, 3 pole suitable size with overload relay for protection. (ii) Digital multifunctional programmable up to 200 Amps 500 Volts, three phase 4 wire LT net work to read power factor, frequency, Amps, and voltage - 01 No (iii) One set of mains supply voltage monitor to identify low voltage/complete failure and initiate necessory signal for. (iv) Push botton for start/stop/reset, acknowledge. (v) Master switch for auto/manual/test/off.

(vi) One set of lamp indicator. (vii) All control fuses will be so located as to be easily accessible for replacement. (viii) Relay section will comprise set of relays for following:- (a) Automatic starting of DG set in case of low voltage mains as pre-adjusted. '(b) Automatic transfer on mains dully monitored quality of supply for preset time period and shut down the DG set after present ideal running time. (c) In the event of faliure disel Engine to start on faliure of mains supply on one attempt to more starting impulse will be automatically given and of still the Engine does not start due to same defect with in 30 second of first starting impulse it will be disconnected and locked, automatically given audio and visual signals. (d) Automatically mains supply restoration without time delay in case of faliure of DG set due to faulty starting. (e) The circuit will make use of minimum number of relays and control wiring will be neatly provided with adequate size of copper conductor cable of suitable size and end tag numbered at either ends.

(D) Acoustic Enclosure- Supply & installation of Acoustic Enclosure suitable for 160 KVA DG set as under. (i) Fabricated out of CRCA sheet of suitable thickness as per manufacturer's design. Polyester based powder coated internally and externally with lockable type door handle. All nuts and handles shall be zinc coated. (ii) The doors are gasketed with EPDM gaskets. (iii) Sound proofing with high quality rock wool/mineral wool confirming to IS 8183 of 50mm thickness and density at 96 Kg /M3 coverd with fiber glass cloth and perforated powder coated sheet specially designed allenuators (Sound controller) at air entry and exit of the container noise level shall not to exceed 75 Db at 1 metre distance as per CPCB norms. (iv) Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal with provn of a blower. (v) Emergency stop push button out side the container. (vi) Provn of light inside the canopy providing of FTL fitting 1x20 watt with wiring and control switch.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Cutting existing CI pipe of 200mm size and reducing to required length before laying in position for insertion of new tees, branches etc. complete all as directed.

Complete unit must have COP not less than 4.0, capacity 11 TR having two compressors of size 5.5 TR each scroll compressor, with microprocessor controlled unit and starter, splash lubrication based evaporator unit with fan blower units of capacity not less than 4400 cfm complete of technically adequate capacity/size for proper efficiency for circulation and with outdoor unit air cooled condenser having 02 number propeller type fan of single phase, aluminium finned with copper tube condenser all as specified and directed.
