REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE OF PLINTH PROTECTION, SAUCER DRAINS, 1ST MANHOLE, APPROACHES ETC IN CERTAIN BLDGS AT MILITARY STATION KANCHRAPARA UNDER GE BARRACKPORE

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation, laying of pipe or for shafts, wells cesspits, man holes, pier holes, laying of cable etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

M&L for hard core with broken stone or boulder of gauge not exc 63 mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 ( Using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation , filling, and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, cills, hold fasts, fixing of post, water trough, lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, etc. including necessary formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, cills, hold fasts, fixing of post, water trough etc. including necessary formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of spoils/ demolished materials not exceeding 50m and depositing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams, and column in floors, roof, landing, balconies, canopies, deck slab and in shelves and like etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast RCC cover slab, 1:1.5:3 type A-1,(Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in drain/manhole cover slab, and slab supported on walls, and the like etc., and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be meassured and paid separately.

Use and waste formwork to soffits and sides of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings sun shade, chajja, floors, roofs, landings, balconies etc., n exc 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound @ 200Ml per bag(50Kg) of cement or as per manufacture's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for lacquer coated, polished chequered cement concrete tiles in floor, area exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm, 30 mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete at or near ground level in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and laid in trenches or in floor including dismantling of old pipe of any description complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for pcc 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed for drain pipes 110/100 mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and laid in trenches or in floor including dismantling of old pipe of any description complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

S&F in repairs, 110mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, 75mm bore PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150 mm internal dia of pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.
