Disconnecting and taking out old existing unseviceable/ nonfunctional LT cable of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core of any description, and in any position complete and supplying, laying,jointing & testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor of working voltage upto 1100 volts size 35 sqmm, 3.5 core conforming complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for old size sub class 'B' bricks, kiln burnt as in cable protection laid flat with axis of brick perpendicular to axis of the cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Disconnecting and dismantling old steel tubular pole and supply and fix in repair Steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-22(8.5 meter long) complete with CI base plate and finial including foundation,coping and painting complete all as specified and as directed

Supply,laying and fix in repair 40 mm dia of galvanised iron tubing 'Light Grade' as cable protection required complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting and taking out the old existing globe/gate light fitting of any description and in any position from poles/walls/pillars etc. complete and supplying , fixing , connecting and testing Decorative gate light made up of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material suitable for and including retrofit CFLupto 1x14 W/ LED lamp B22-Moon 200 Base other accessories making connection to feeders/ main switch with and including ISI marked two single core PVC insulated copper conductor flexible cable of size 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed . Make-Havells,Odering code-LHFXBON11TN6F035or equivalent mode of Make-Bajaj/Philips

Material and labour Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead strip of size 32x6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel,concrete PCC (1:3:6) type C1, Pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab of size 70x70 x 10 cm including one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia TMT Bar all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point, protected by GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade, watering GI pipe 20 mm dia (Medium grade) with wire mesh, funnel, including alternate layer of charcoal or coke and salt all around the elecatrode, necessary excavationa and earth work including testing on completion all as specified or directed

Disconnecting and taking up or down old existing GI tubing and connections including connected fittings/ accessories and fixtures of any descriptions/ grade and in any position in trenches/ under floors/roads/ on walls etc and making good the distrubed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:-

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floor etc after cleaning of pipe making all threads complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-

Supply, fixing,laying, jointing & testing of galvanised iron water tubing 'Medium Grade' conforming to IS-1239 with and including all GI fittings such as unions, reducers sockets,socket reducing bends, elbows, tee, checknuts, caps, plugs etc as required complete fixed to walls and ceilings, laid in trenches/ under floor/ under road or floors complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-

Disconnecting taking out old unserviceable gate/globe valve of any sizes supply and fixing, jointing and testing gun metal gate/glove valve with iron wheel head,both end screwed for iron pipe complete all as specifed and as directed of the following size :-

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil including forming sides and bottom surfaces to required levels/slops/gradients etc. all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all specified and as directed

Removal of surplus excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 mtrs distance and deposited as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully aluminium point wiring for one light,socket or power point etc. incl all fittings such as switches, sockets, holders, light fittings, fan regulators etc. and making good the distrubed surfaces of wal and ceiling complte.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross section area) PVC insulatd unsheathed single core copper cable working voltage 1100 volts grade confirming to IS-694 with stranded copper conductor in including PVC rigid non metalic 25 mm dia PVC cashing caping including MS shunk box 3 mm thick hylum sheet top cover fixed by means of brass machine screw and cap washer including size 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross secrional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuty cdonductor connected to main switches/DBs or common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed for following :-

M&L for LT distribution panel CPRI approved outdoor type floor mounted made out of 3.5 mm thick CRCA sheet weather proof/vermin proof with locking arrrangement and bottom 'C' channel with three phase four wire sytem, including cable chamber and copper bus bar of capacity 200 amps including volt meter and ammeter (Digital type), indicating lamps etc. The size of panel is suitable to accomodate one incoming, four outgoing MCCBs and one onload change over switch with painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including suitable size of platform amd angle iron legs 50 x6 mm with the following switch gears :- (a) MCCB 125 Amps 16 KA 415 Volts 4 pole - 01 No (Incoming) (b) MCCB 63 Amps , 16 KA 415 volts 4 pole - 04 Nos (c) Onload change over switch 4 pole 125 Amps - 01 No
