Excavation in soft / loose soil in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete.

Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading watering and consolidation in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up cast iron pipe/ductile iron pipe of 200 mm dia including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up cast iron pipe of 150 mm dia including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber with 3 mm thick MS sheet cover and 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with locking arrangements of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x1200 mm depth (internal size), brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, internal walls plastered with 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement, 40 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation 75 mm thick with and including necessary excavation & earth work in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable CI/DI pipe 150/200mm size approx 60RM along with sluice valve ,fitting etc provided between OHR and ground by use of crane and keeping aside and refixing the new DI pipe 200mm dia with painting of all pipes, and as directed at site.Note :( DI pipe shall be measured separately vide item No 22)

Supply and fixing Pipe DI both ends flanged and drilled,confirming ISI, K-9 of 200 mm (8") dia (For OH tank) complete all as specified and directed.
