Demolishing/dismentelling of stone msonary above GL up to mtrs depth including stacking servicable material and disposal of unservicable material with in 20 mtrs rubble masonary in cement mortar below

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work ,jumper work decomposed conglomerate saturated soil soft and hard rock upto all leads lifts stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtr.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required in to plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads lifts and as per directions of the Engineer-incharge 20mtrs in all kind of soil in P.W & J.W 50% each

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation & plinth including all leads lifts and carriage of material and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1/2:3 (1cement:1-1/2 sand: 3 gradeds stone agg. 20mm nominal size & curing complete) excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for RCC work including all leads lifts complete and carriage of material etc. as per directions of Engineer incharge.

Foundation and plinth

In vertical wall any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtrs thick

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 thick welded with angle iron in frame 30X30X5mm so as to give rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and bellies, highs or propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs and removal of the same for insitu- RCC work and PCC work including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as per direction of Engineer in charge in : -

Flat surfaces such as sofits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness.

Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness. Partition and the like i/c attached plasters, buttress , plinth and string course and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 app. sand : 4app. graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced work in suspended floors, roofs landings shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level in all height and depth, including all leads lifts and carriage of material at site and as per directions of the Engineer in charge.

Providing Mild Steel/Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding & placing in positing I/c all leads lifts and carriage of material and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suplying Cast iron manhole cover of 455x610 mm size C.I.(medium)duty the weight of manhole cover not less than 23 kgs.including all leads lifts and carriage of materials as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work ,including cutting, hoisting fixingin position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In grating framed guard bars ladders ralling brackets and similar work including all leads lifts and carringe of material at site or as directed by the engineer in charge

Laying jointing GMS pipes (L) in scoure pipe and over flow inlet and out let 50 mm dia

Providing laying of Brick layer in cm 1:3 in inner drain

Providing and Placing horizontal layer of fitter media of fllowing grade
