M & L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to GI earth strip of 25 mmx4mm thick up to 7.5 m lengh by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel all as shown the electrical plate No 5 of SSR part-I connected to earth test point electrode , PCC pit with RCC cover funnel with mesh ,watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade etc and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note:-The unit rate shall include for the unit rate shall incl for earth work in hard/ dense soil , PCC (1:3:6 ) type C1 chamber ,RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mmdia TMT bar @ 150 mm c/c both both ways funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete all as specified. Note. 2. Earthing strip and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 m will be measured and paid separately if required.

Note:- For Item No. 1 to 5 :- (i) All Plants and machinery shall be tested after commissioning By the E/M Officer From Higher HQ & all arrangement for carrying out testing shall be responsibility of Contractor. Completion certificate shall be isuued only after production of Test Certificate. (ii) Training for pperation of plant to user till satisfaction of Department deemed to be Included in Quoted Rate. (iii) All equipments Tech Specification Shall be Approved By Accepting Officer Before Incorporation in work is the eesponsibility of Contractor
