Providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) in open foundations using 40 mm nominal size graded hard stone machine crushed aggregate with sand as fine aggregate and with cement content of 162 Kgs including cost and conveyance of all materials (except seignorage charges), mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted including curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) for Super Structure using well cured FLY ASH BRICKS of size 230 mm x 110 mm x 70 mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site (except seigniorage charges on materials), scaffolding charges, curing, all labour charges and all leads & lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as per the standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site.

Filling with good gravel soil including watering ,tamping etc.with an lead of 3 KM over a intial lead and lift etc., including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges etc.,for foundations and retaining wall etc., complete finished item of work.

Providing high yield strength deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT)/ Mild Steel for reinforcement (Fe 415 / Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786 -1979) of different diameters for RCC works including cost and conveyance charges of steel, labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying, lap splicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including conveyance of steel to site, all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover block, all incidental, operational charges etc., complete for finished item work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying of RCC M20 grade nominal mix concrete for Plinth corresponding to IS 456 using MIXER with 50% of 20mm and 50% of 12 mm size hard broken machine crushed granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry with 330 kgs of cement content including cost and conveyance of all materials like fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate to site (except seigniorage charges), all operational, incidental and labour charges, weigh batching, machine mixing, centering, staging, scaffolding, vibrating, curing and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and its fabrication charges and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site.

Providing and fixing of precast reinforced cement concrete well rings of thickness 38 mm of 1200 mm(1.2 meters) internal dia and 300 mm height including 2 Nos of overs and 8 Nos of caps and fixing at required depth complete including cost and conveyance of all materials & labour charges cost of T&P, all incidental charges with all leads and lifts in all heights etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) of 12mm thick for internal brick masonry walls, including cost and conveyance of all materials at site (except seigniorage charges on materials) including all labour, scaffolding charges, curing, all leads & lifts at all elevations etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) of 20mm thick for external walls and coping over brick masonry walls, including cost and conveyance of all materials at site (except seigniorage charges on materials) including all labour, scaffolding charges, curing, all leads & lifts at all elevations etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting to inner surfaces of new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint interior grade of approved colour and shade over a base coat of appropriate primer of approved brand, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, all operational, incidental, labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting to outer surfaces of walls with 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade-I making making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Flooring with Non-skid red or white full body Ceramic floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm and thickness between 7-8 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 - 2017, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs ceramic tiles, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete excluding seigniorage charges, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Dadoing to the walls with vitrified tiles 8-10 mm thick of size 300x600mm or any other size as per the requirement, approved make and shade of 1st quality ISI approved, set over base coat of CM (1:5) 12 mm thick with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost and conveyance of all materials (except seigniorage charges), labour, incidental and operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per standard specifications.

Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self-tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti-capillary grove including cost and conveyance all materials, all leads and lifts, T&P required for the work, labour charges, glass cutting charges, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing of 15 mm brass body CP finish bib tap of not less than 300 grams weight screw type (full turn) with internal / external threaded connection conforming to IS 8931 and with 10 years warranty with all accessories including cost and conveyance of all materials, leads and lifts, labour charges, incidental charges if any etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 4" (101.6mm) UPVC/SWR Nahany trap of approved make with inlet and jali, fixing with white cement as per site requirements with standard practice including cost and conveyance of all materials, boxing of Nahani traps in all RCC floors wherever required, labour charges, incidental and operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 23" size (584.2 mm) Indian pattern of approved quality of white glazed water closet (Orissa pan) with "P" or "S" trap of Hindware/ Parryware/ Neycer or equivalent make of 580 mm x 440 mm with 10 Litres capacity single flush PVC low level Flushing tank Parry/ Slimline or equivalent with all internal components & short bend including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 15 mm NB size Bronze gate/Globe valves as per IS - 778 Class I, Indian make heavy type fittings including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, incidental and operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of SWR Pipe-4 Kg/Sq.cm of 110 mm dia Prince/Sudhakar make-ISI Brand including bends, Tees & Y's with doors, clamps and all other required fittings in all heights including labour charges, cost & conveyance of all materials such as long nails, horse shoe steel straps etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Lowering and Jointing 22.20 OD, SDR 13.5 CPVC pipe and specials / fittings including cost and conveyance of all materials like pipes, specials and jointing materials, all labour charges, all leads and lifts, all T&P required for the work complete for finished item of work.

Providing and fixing of RAJSHRI or Equivalent SINGLE SIDE PRELAM SOLID PANEL PVC DOOR FRAME (CHOUKHAT) providing and fixing factory made pac single side prelam door frame of the size 50X47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid pac single side prelam sheet meter cut at two corners and joined with 2nos of 15mm long brackets of 1515mm MS Square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19X19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100 mm long MS screws through the frame by using pac fasteners a minimum of 4nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum 2nos for horizontal member etc., complete as per manufacturer specification at all floors and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick RAJASHRI or Equivalent Solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, & 15mm x 15mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame shall be covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C’ channel of size 30 x 50mm forming stiles, and 5mm thick, 75mm wide PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side, and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick, 20mm wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of 5mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with 30mm wide x 5mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive etc. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C’ Channel using PVC solvent adhesive. MS Powder Coated hinges 100 mm size, Aluminium tower bolt 150 mm long, Aluminium Aldrops 200 mm size, Aluminium handles 125 mm long etc., complete as per manufacturer’s specification & drawing for finished item of work at all floors and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 300mm (12'') Light duty exhaust fan with wire guard etc., in wall with necessary connections of Crompton/ Bajaj Bahar WG/ Havells Ventil Air-DB/ Orient hill air or equivalent make with (23/0060) twin core wire of Finolex or equivalent make etc., complete and masonry work of making hole, finishing etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site.

Providing & Placing on Terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank (500 Lts capacity) with Double layer approved brand & manufacture with cover and suitable locking arrangement & making necessary holes for inlet & outlets and over flow pipes with all fittings & base support for tanks finishing etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site.

Painting to old grills with 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint making 2 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the old surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as directed by the engineer in charge at site.
