Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in deep in hard/dense soil/ road for getting out old GI tubing from the trenches etc.

Removing excavated material of any type of soil/soft rock from site to a distance not exceeding 50mtr away and depositing where directed not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down old unserviceable GI/MS tubing and connection including all fittings from the trenches , wall , floor etc complete as directed.

Dismantling the old but serviceable pipe 150mm bore from the site and transporting to the wksp for cutting of old and unsv flange and supply and fixing of new flange 6mm thick with 150mm bore Gl pipe with jointing material such as nuts, bolts with washers of appropriate size with rubber gasket 6mm thick of good quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the old but serviceable pipe 100mm bore from the site and transporting to the wksp for cutting of old and unsv flange and supply and fixing of new flange with 100mm bore Gl pipe with jointing material such as nuts, bolts with washers of appropriate size with rubber gasket 6mm thick of good quality complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS flange suitabe for 100 mm bore GI pipe line including welding with pipe nuts, bolts gasket 6 mmn thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS flange suitable for 100mm bore Gl pipe line including welding with pipe, nuts, bolts gasket 6mm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L masonary valve chamber of size 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm (internal dimensions) and including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:6, plastering internal and external surface 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) coping,50 x 50 x6 mm thick MS angle iron, 5 mm thick MS plate cover with locking arrangement, painting exposed steel surfaces with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing roller bearing for pumps and motors of 25 HP capacity including taking down old bearing and re installation at site including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for servicing monoblock/centrifugal pumping set 2.5 HP to 15 HP Capacity inluding dismantling and opening at workshop, replacement of defective impeller , lock key ,replace the worn out bearing, rubber coupling , gasket 3 mm thick , glands packing ,stuffing box, mechincal seal and rusted nut, bots etc assembling properly, greasing all movable parts fixing in position, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 43 but Pump capacity 25 HP.

Dismantling the unserviceable electric motor of 415 volts any make and type, capacity and transporting to reputed workshop, taking out old and burnt winding wire and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge and size with insulating materials, varnishing and baking etc, re-fixing the same at site and re-alignment with coupling with pumping set, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of raw water collection tank of 1 x 20000 GLN capacity by removing mud/wet slit from inside tank and depositing to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and cleaning of tank scrubbing the slit and scale from floor,walls and washing out tank with alum mixed water and finally with clear water complete with white wash on walls all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of raw water collection tank of 1 x 40000 GLN capacity by removing mud/wet slit from inside tank and depositing to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and cleaning of tank scrubbing the slit and scale from floor,walls and washing out tank with alum mixed water and finally with clear water complete with white wash on walls all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of treated water under ground collection tank of 2 x 62000 GLN capacity by removing mud/wet slit from inside tank and depositing to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and cleaning of tank scrubbing the slit and scale from floor, walls and washing out tank with alum mixed water and finally with clear water complete with white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of treated water collection tank of 2 x 20000 GLN capacity by removing mud/wet slit from inside tank and depositing to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and cleaning of tank scrubbing the slit and scale from floor,walls and washing out tank with alum mixed water and finally with clear water complete with white wash on walls all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of taking out old urserviceable starter 2.5 HP motor from the panel and installing new at site, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old and unserviceable star delta starter suitable for 25 HP motor from the mounting and opening complete efter draining out oil in a vessel, replacement of old work out moving contact, bushing etc and re-installing at site , testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning with washing soda and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks of capacity 500 ltrs hoisted at site in position carefully with soft wire brush and flushing including writing the date of cleaning at easily visible postion out complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No - 54 but of tank capacity more than 500 but upto 1000 ltrs .

Cleaning of OH tank of 50000 GLN capacity with bleaching and washing soda and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks with soft wire brush and flushing out complete including writing the date of cleaning at easily visible position out complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm bore gun metal gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for iron pipes and fixed, complete all as per specified and as directed.

S&F Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for 20mm bore dia of pipe, complete all as per specified and as directed.

S&F 25mm bore gun metal gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for iron pipes and fixed, complete all as per specified and as directed.

S&F 50mm bore gun metal gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for iron pipes and fixed, complete all as per specified and as directed.

M&L for Disconnectinng and dismantling unserviceable Centrifugal pumping set of singlestage/multistage from site and transport to the workshop for repair/replacement of defective parts like impeller, shaft, lock key, worn out bearing, rubber coupling, gasket 3 mm thick, glands packing, stuffing box, mechincal seal and rusted nut, bolts etc and reassembling properly, greasing all movable parts, fixing in position, testing and commissioning at site all as directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following capacity of pumps. Note : (i) A warranty of one year shall be given for satisfactory performance of pump set (ii) Alternative arrangement of pump set for water supply will be arranged by the contractor if the pump is not repaired within five days, a penalty of Rs 1000 per day will be deducted and no extra cost willl be paid to the contractor un less natural calamidity is occured. (iii) All the T&P items i.e. chain pully block & tripart shall be arranged by the contractor without claiming any extra cost.

(a) 25 HP Open well submersible Pump

Disconnecting the defective/burnt electric induction motor & dismantling from the foundation, shifting to workshop for rewinding the electric induction motors suitable to run on 415V, AC, 50Hz supply with copper enameled copper wire of suitable gauge/size including proper insulation, varnishing, drying, greasing bearing, etc and making connection to the terminal plate complete for the following cap of electric motor. Note : (i) A warranty of one year shall be given for satisfactory performance of Motor (ii) If the motor is not repaired within five days, a penalty of Rs 1000 per day will be deducted and no extra cost willl be paid to the contractor un less natural calamidity is occured. (iii) All the T&P items i.e. chain pully block & tripart shall be arranged by the contractor without claiming any extra cost. (iv) Minor parts required is deemed to be inclusive of quoted rate.
