od233352/2022_2023 : PRE-WEIGHING SECTION : Supply, Erection, testing and Commissioning Dumping point with MS constructed body of 3mm and Raw material intake elevator with 5-inch bucket with 4 & 6mm top button construction and 2 mm twin leg troughs with nylon type belt, rubberized top pulley, self-cleaning bottom pulley and with 5 inch MS buckets. Drive for Raw material intake elevator should be of geared motor 2HP with all drive parts & mounting frame and pneumatic operated four-way flap with cylinder and accessories. The storage bin (4 nos) having capacity of 3000kg should made up of 3mm MS construction with manhole provisions. The batch weighing conveyor (4nos) made up of MS fabrication with standard bearings, EN8 end shaft and 6mm end plate. Drive for batch weighing conveyor (4nos) should be with geared motor of 1.5 hp with all drive parts and mounting frame. And the pre weighing hopper should be of 2mm MS body and with capacity of 400kg.

od233603/2022_2023 : GRINDING SECTION: Supply, Erection Testing and Commissioning The grinding section should contain a Screw conveyor with 3mm MS body with EN8 shaft and with geared motor including all drive parts and mounting frame. The plant intake elevator with 5-inch bucket should be of 4 & 6mm top bottom construction and 2 mm twin leg roughs, nylon type belts, rubberized top pulley, self-cleaning, good quality and standard bearings and 5inch buckets. The drive for intake elevator should be of 2 hp geared motor with all the drive parts and mounting frame. The hopper above the Hammer mill should be made of 2mm construction shell with capacity of 500kg. The drive for the rotary feeder should be of 1 ho geared motor with all drive parts and mounting frame. The rotary feeder should be of 4mm MS fabrication and AC VFD unit with all accessories for controlled feeding to the hammer mill and controlling the motor load of L & T or equivalent make. The Hammer mill should have a capacity of 1.5 MT per hour and with 10 mm MS body with anti-vibrating mountings. od233604/2022_2023 : MIXING SECTION : Supply, Erection, testing and Commissioning Mixing section should contain Hopper above batch mixer made up of 3mm MS fabrication and with a capacity of 600kg and with pneumatic cylinder, solenoid valve & accessories and pneumatic operated flap. The ribbon batch mixer should have a capacity of 250kg and with 6mm body, 8mm side plate, 75mm shaft and standard quality bearings, pneumatic cylinder, solenoid valve & accessories. The drive for batch mixer should have geared motor of 7.5hp with all drive parts and mounting frame. It should contain a pneumatic operated MS fabricated butterfly flap of size 250mmx150mm with push in connectors including cylinder, solenoid and connecting accessories. Also, with 3mm MS body hopper below having a capacity of 800kg and 3 mm MS fabricated peddle conveyor with geared motor of 2HP with all drive parts and mounting frame. The mix feed elevator with 5" bucket should be of 4- & 6-mm top bottom construction and 2mm twin leg troughs and with nylon belt, rubberized top pulley, self-cleaning bottom pulley, standard quality bearings. Drive for elevator should be of 2hp geared motor with all drive parts and mounting frame. Slat conveyor should be of 3mm MS fabrication and with a breaking capacity of 2.5 ton and with 1.5HP geared motor with all drive parts and mounting frame. Bagging machine should have capacity of 50kg bags with a speed of 5-6 bags per minute and hand stitching facility all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Electrical Details: Supply of dust and vermin-proof floor moldings front accessible switchboard made of16 SWG sheet steel enclosure and powder coated with 125 A Alu. The panel should provide all the essentials in all respect as per electrical inspectorate regulations and scope with standard dimensions and good make. Proper earthing should be provided & Individual safety measurements should be provided for each section all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.<br>
