Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. including removing cable protection covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and brick protection. (ii) The excavation work may be carried out in short lengths for locating fault in under ground cables at different locations

M&L for Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable lightning arrestor of any capacity and any description and Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing of distribution class lighting arrestor of rating 12 KV capacity and 10 KA NDC(Peak) confirming to to IEC-99.4 including brackets, clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying,Straightening and Stringing in replacement of UNSV aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor off size including jointing the conductor with new conductor on existing HT pole and binding to insulator with the new aluminium wire binding wire 2 mm dia making and connecting jumper connections etc including connecting commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning and preparation of all existing steel surfaces of pole structure of straight steel tubular poles 11 mtrs long for painting including mild steel cross arms, clamps and anti clibing device,protection pipe etc and applying one coat of aluminium paint all round the exposed steel surfaces of existing steel tubular poles structure of any description and in any position above the height of 1.50 mtr from the plinth of the pole and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint of different colours in strips of 150mm width upto the height 1.5 mtr from the plinth of poles including writing pole No and other sign works with white paint over black painted base in the pattern and style as approved by the complete all as specified and directed. Note : Size of black painted base for numbering shall be 100mmx25mm and the size of numbers shall be not exceeding 10cm height.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 with 40mm grade stone aggregate as in foundation for outstanding around pole near feeder pillar/LT panel foundation of stays, including form work, fair finishing to exposed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for hard standing around pole & near feeder pillar/LT panel foundation of stays, including form work, fair finishing to exposed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plastering 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for spreading crushed/hand broken 20/ 40 mm graded sand stone aggregate around and under 4 pole/ 2 pole structure/11 KV Yard uniformally complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavation of earth work will be measured & paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Spread thickness of aggregates shall be measured and cubical content shall be worked out with deduction of 20% for voids for arriving at net qty.

M&L in replacement of UNSV danger notice board and Supply and fixing new danger notice board size 250mmx200 mm made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, suitable for 11KV HT line and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (red colour) over a coat of red oxide primer including writing letters,figures and conventional skull and bones of suitable size on board in standard pattern as per IS fixed with and including MS clamps made out of mild steel flat iron,bolts ,nuts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marking over the HT Cable/HT Cable, Panel etc by paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old steel surfaces over 10 cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic ehamele paint complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting defective transformer indoor/outdoor of any capacity up to 500 KVA both from HT/LT sides, and then drainage of complete transformer oil. Opening of top cover with due care and removal of all HT/LT winding connections from bushing and then lifting of core by means of tripod and chain pulley with due care for inspection and ascertain it’s serviceability state after keeping it aside. Removal of all sludge and unwanted material from tank and core, lowering of core assembly after carrying out required repairs to the winding and core. In case the repairs which are not possible at site then the transformer has to be taken to the work shop for repairs complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i)The cost of transportation shall be paid separately. (ii)The cost of rewinding shall be paid separately.

Taking down of transformers of capacity 125 to 500KVA from transformer plate form mounted floor/2/4 pole structure form with due care after disconnecting all HT/LT connections on pole/ plate form and then lowering it by means of mobile crane/tripod and chainpully and remounting on transformer plate form mounted floor/2/4 pole structure after repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Lifting of Indoor/Outdoor transformer from PCC plateform/2/4 pole structure of concerned substation with the help of mobile crane , loading on truck for transporting to civil workshop at Dehradun city & unloading at workshop, transporting back from workshop after repairs to its existing location complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing HT 11KV OCB 400 amps deassemble decarburizing contacts servicing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling as per manufacterer's instructions, cleaning and lubricating moving parts of trolly, the mechanical parts incl Greasing oiling replacement of UNSV spare parts excluding the following spare parts etc and re-assembling the same after replacement as required and made the OCB/VCB serviceable including making all electrical connection and testing alongwith control panel and control wiring, protection system and relays by primary & secondary injection system bank/battery chargers/DC system complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i): Any parts required for replacement to make the breaker serviceable will be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in these item (ii) All other accessories excluding sch item No: to be supplied and fixed by the contractor at his own arrangement.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement of UNSV Voltmeter square type Digital suitable size for existing 11 KV OCB capacity 0 to 15 KV PT Ratio 11KV/110Volt for panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement of UNSV 11 KV panel indicating lamp fitting LED type suitable for 24 volt/30volt DC complete with base complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of VCB/OCB Panel Board cubical in shape applying two coat of synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour including supplying and fixing PVC name plate indicating different cable/switch and other accessories, connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F battery bank with 02 Nos maintenance free batteries of 12 Volt, 180 AH capacity with electrolyte fully charged battery including interconnection, with trolly, suitable for minimum 10 hours rate of discharge battery bank for 11 KV OCB/VCB complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out of defective battery charger and supply and fixing new automatic battery charger 24 volts suitable for charging of two batteries of cap 12 volt, 180 AH, sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing fuse wire 5A for 11000 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing discharge rod with all accessories suitable for 11000 volt complete all as specified and directed.
