Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/ base Providing laying spreding and compacting stone agregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreding in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with 80-100KN roller in stages to proper grade & camber, applying & brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of course agregate watering & compacting to the required density as per technical specification Clause 405

Providing applying primer coat with bitumen on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502

Providing applying tack coat with bitumen using emulsion distributor @ 0.30kg/sqm on prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503

Providing and laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.18 cum of 13.2mm and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm size chips with 14.60 kg penetration grade of bitumen per 10 sqm..etc completed.

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6 mm size chips and down graded as per sieve etc completed.
