Material and Labour for point wiring for One light / Buzzer point controlled by one switch 5 Amp, SP, one way 240 volts with & using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable (using colour code as per IS) 1100 volts grade drawn through and including 20mm dia medium grade rigid PVC conduit (ISI marked) with all accessories including surface/concealed sheet steel terminal/ CI box with 3 mm thick hylam / masonite sheet top cover including 1.5 Sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cable for continuous earth conductor (using green colour) to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Steped type elecrtonic fan regulator flash type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc suitable for 240 volt complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete including one single pole 415 volt MCB, C-curve, 20 amps complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated Aluminium conductor screwed with inner seathing of PVC tape and over all PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4 mm suspension wire, with one twin core cable flat circulator 10 sqmm solid conductor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting , taking down the ceiling fan of make as existing at site, 1200 mm (48") Sweep,dismantaling blades etc, opening of fan motor, cleaning of fan body and blades using detergent including striping, cutting the existing copper winding wire of ceiling fan and Material and Labour for rewinding the same with heavy duty super enamelled copper wire /winding of existing gauge size, same No of turns, wound with machine, providing insulation material of E-grading, varnishing with insulation material, and reassembling the fan motor, oiling & greasing the same after repair ,including painting to ceiling fan with Spray painting with super enameled heat resistant synthetic enamel white paint duly filling the cavities with filler and re-writing the MES number in black paint in appropriate size and shape and refixing the ceiling fan with screw, nut bolts washer and locking arrangement, flexible electric copper wire connection complete works etc and testing after repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Replacement of old unserviceable parts shall be measured & paid seprately as supply only, of make Usha, Orient, Bajaj, Crompton, etc.
