COIMBATORE BLACK OIL TERMINAL WEIGH BRIDGE REPAIR SERVICE AND UPGRADATION WORKS

Presently the Weigh bridge of LPG Peelamedu is being used for Furnace Oil trucks. The Weigh bridge system at LPG is not integrated to Retail SAP system as well. The existing weigh bridge at Black oil Depot is not working and not in use from a very long time. The scope of this tender involves repair of the Weigh bridge system at Coimbatore Black Oil Depot and putting the system back to operation, Installation, and Commissioning of the same including due Weights and measures stamping procedures. The scope of work and technical specification is as detailed below: 1. WEIGHING INDICATOR- Providing weighbridge intelligent indicator Terminal with printer output & provision of SMS service. 2. WEIGHBRIDGE SOFTWARE AND INTERGRATION WITH BPCL SAP SYSTEM – Providing and installing weighment recording software Version 2.21 with full licence. Integrating the weigh bridge Software/reading to SAP. Vendor to make necessary arrangements to share the weighbridge reading with SAP for further accounting. 3. REMOTE DISPLAY – Providing 2.3-inch Remote display interface 4. STAMPING- Legal Metrology initial verification and stamping charges for 100 Ton Electronic weighbridges 5.
