Removing the existing treatment from the roof, Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, M&L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm, M & L for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, provn of APP polymeric waterproofing membrane of 3 Kg / Sq.M incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bitumenous Primer @ 100 gms / Sqm, followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85 / 25 or 90 / 15 @ 1.2 Kg / Sq.M each at top and bottom of the membrane followed by a coat of bitumenous aluminium paint @ 0.50 lit / sqm complete including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minimum 10 cm overlap and on vertical surface the membrane shall be inserted in grooves and packed in CM (1:3) all as per manufacturers instructions on non accessible roofs complete all as specified and as directed. S&F in repairs 15 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade for flush pipes, water supply pipes etc. fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm external dia 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene randam copolymer pipes of SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc.

M & L for Dismantling of RCC/PVC overhead water tanks of any size, capacity and description including all connections and fittings as per site requirement complete all as specified and as diretced.

Supply, fixing and hoisting PVC tank of 1000 Ltr capacity including 20 mm dia brass float valve assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm /25 mm bore stop valves cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20mm/25mm dia bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing and removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing old steel tubing of 20 mm/25mm bore and connections in new or old position (walls, ceilings, floors etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 mm/25mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilling or laid in floors in short lengths complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings heads, shoes, bends, sawn-necks, etc. including cleaning or refixing or removal to store ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including ranking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with liquid WPC all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on surface other than fair face of brickwork finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceilings including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing the newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing old / new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Weather Proof Exterior Acrylic Emulsion paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved primer as recommended by the manufacturer including necessary scaffoldings all as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Apex from Asian Paints / All Guard from Berger / Weather Shield Max Exterior Acrylic from ICI Dulux Note : The Work shall be carriedout upto 3rd storey, the Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site).

M & L for removing plants with roots by chipping walls / beams / junctions of vertical stacks / water supply lines or any other location as directed and making good the disturbed portions with CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) and painted the surfaces as to match with existing treatment work upto 3rd storey . (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site )

M & L for repairing of RCC chajja, roof projection, facia, RCC parapet wall and exposed reinforcement portion area thickness of RCC n.exc 75 mm applying one coat of cement slurry reinforced with welded mesh of weight exc. 2 kg per Sqm but n.exc 3 kg per Sqm & filling the cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0, 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate at damaged concrete surface and finish the surface with 5 mm thick cement sand mortar 1:3 and applying 2 coats of cement base paint on finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.
