Demolition of cement concrete (unreiforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section, embedded in concrete, masonry, brick work etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.5 cu.m, in soft/ loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, RCC (nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar (1:4), including all mould- ings but excluding frame complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressumm ers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed. (Note: reinforcement and form work wil be measured and paid separately under relevant items.)

Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with ma sonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling) corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including cham fers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specifued and directed.

Materials and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to fair faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia. and over, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for, mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia. and over upto including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binder, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for mild steel round bars Gde-I, IS 432 (Part-I), 10mm dia, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and securing to fencing post as in stiffners to GI chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel works, hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, diameter of shank 11 to 15mm, length of bolt exc. 5cm but n.exc.10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified. Note: Supply of chain link fencing and wire will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for chequered ceramic tiles, coloured,10 to 12 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq M but not exceeding 0.11 Sq M, conforming to IS 4457-2007, on floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed, complete all as specified and directed. Materials and Labour for, glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7.5 to 9mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc.0.06 but not exc.0.11 sqm, conforming to IS 15622,Grade B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) and including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, preparation of new plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.
