Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and as

M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm & 5mm) mixed with and liquid water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall / ceiling / chajjas and applying two or more coats of 10-0% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Ltre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new/old surfaces as per the manufacturer instruction and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of minimum 1 Ltr per minute having pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of premimum emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Ltre/10 Sqm including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery etc of drops and splashed complete all as specified and as directed.
