Scraping old white wash/ colour wash/distemper cement paint including disposal of refuse as directed by the engg -in-charge.

Dismantling existing plaster and replastering 12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement mortar,including disposal of refuse as directed by the engineer in charge within distance of 60 meter.

Dismantling damage alluminium/gypsum partitation,door,window,fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of refuse as directed by the engineer in charge within distance of 60 meter.

Providing and fixing false ceiling with 6 mm thick water proof plywood with additional framing work over with sheasam wood & teaost of all material,labour, T & P etc complete.

Dismantling door and window including chaukhat with hold fast and including stacking of material as directed by the engineer in charge within distance of 60 meter.

Providing and fixing single leaf door shutter of teak wood including cost of all materials,labour,T & P etc.

Providing and laying G.I. sheet roofing per sqmt.including cap ,washer,rivets,J bolt and nuts including cost of all material,labour,T & P. etc.

Supplying and laying two layer of tarfelt of any other equivalent approved material at the junction of wall and roof/ G.I. sheet or any place as per direction of enginner in -charge including necessary overlap giving a coat fo approved plastic paint below the tarfelt and including supply of all material,labour,T&P etc.required for proper complection on the work fixed as per standard.

Providing and fixing mosquito jali wireon window including cost of all material,labour,T & P.etc.

Distempering two coat of oil bound distemper of approved make of Burger, Jenson, nicholsen, Shalimar Asian, Nerolac over one priming coat of cement primer on new surfsce after throuhghly brusing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris/shiting and sand paper smooth including cost all material, labour, & T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

White washing one coat on old surface including cost all material, labour, & T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Providing and appling plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepere the surface even and smooth complete .

Dismanteling old & damaged G.I. sheet roofing including stacking within distance of 100M. including cost of all labour T&P and etc.
