SCHEDULE 'A'

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Galvanised iron powder coated (white) snap grid of size 600x600mm with main 'T' and cross 'T' having web 25, flange 35, thickness 0.7mm, wall angle having web/flang 25 each, 0.7mm thick fixed with soft cleats having web 25, flange 25 and thickness 1.8mm using 4mm dia GI wire and level clip @ 1200 centre to centre with PVC rawl plug complete all as specified and as directed.

Exposed metal frame ceiling with 6mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mmx600mm grid including two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry surface of walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

Two coats of OBD/Acrylic distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer on newly prepared wall surfaces, including three coats (each coat 1mm thick) wall care putty (Birla white or equivalent) complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying three coats (each coat 1mm thick) wall care putty (Birla white or equivalent) and then applying two coats of OBD/Acrylic distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash on walls including preparation of wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying one coat of white wash on walls including preparation surfaces of old wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

AC PLANT

Taking down existing Central air conditioning plant 3 x 67 TR capacity consisting of Chiiler of cap 67 TR each, Condensing water circulation pumps 3 Nos, Chilled water pump Sets 3 Nos, LT Panels 2 Nos, AHU 8 Nos Make up Water tanks of requisite capacity, insulated chilled water piping as laid on ground, GI sheet ducting of various sizes, Various types grills etc complete as and where layed on ground and various LT Cables, control cables, etc as directed by Engineer in charge and deposit to MES store yard. Note:- (i)Unit rate quoted shall deem to be included for transportation and requisite manpower. (ii) The dismantled plants shall be the property of the contractor through Schedule of credit.

HVAC HIGHER SIDE : CHILLED WATER, WATER COOLED CHILLER PLANT

Supply, Install, Test and Commission of water cooled, floor mounted water chilling plant of 201 TR Capacity consisiting (3x 67 TR) complete with sealed Scroll type multiple compressors, star-delta starter, Shell & Tube Chiller, water cooled fin & tube type Condenser, common Base frame / skid structure, Interconnected Copper Refrigerant piping, Vibration Isolators, Gauge Panel, Flexible connectors at Chiller connections, Automatic Safety Controls, Ozone friendly CFC Free Refrigerant Gas R-407C/410A & Oil, Nitrile Rubber Insulation of chiller & Suction pipe etc to ensure proper functioning of plant to meet the inside design condition of temp 22 º C ± 2º C and relative humidity 55±5 % complete all as specified.

Item No. 17 (Contd....) The Motor shall be suitable for operation on 415 ±10% V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC power supply. Chilling machine shall be complete with its Micro processor based Control Panel & Starter with main switch. Chiller panel shall be compatible for remote operation & should provide status (additional potential free contacts shall be required to perform this function) Necessary PCC foundation PCC 1:2:4 (type B1) as recommended by Manufacturer for placement of chillers including demolition of existing foundation of any type and size and disposal off all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge to be covered in the scope of work.

Item No. 17 (Contd....) Note:- (i) Chilling machine of next higher capacity available with manufacturer shall also be acceptable without any extra cost to the Govt. (ii) Contractor before quoting the tender will visit the site, calculate tonnage, check the design to meet the cooling parameter and feasibility of the installation. (iii) Accessories, fittings, supporting items complete as specified in BOQ shall be included in the rate. No extra payment shall be allowed for the same.

CHILLED WATER PUMPS:- Supply, Install, test and commission of end suction & top discharge type centrifugal pumps back pull out type for chilled water recirculation complete,with cast iron body, bronze impeller complete with mechanical seals, TEFC squirrel cage high efficiency induction motor, base plate, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings i.e. flexible connectors (bellows ) at inlet & outlet connections, mechanical seal, pressure gauges, thermometers , drains, coupling, couplings, guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of resistoflex make as specified of the following capacities and shall be suitable for operation on 415 +/ - 10% volts 50Hz, 3 Ph AC Supply. The pumps shall be insulated with Nitrile Rubber with suitable thickness a) Capacity :- Discharge 161 US GPM b) Head ; - 20 Mtr ( Contractor to check and verify the pump head as per site requirement) c) Impeller : -- Bronze

Note:- Necessary civil work such as PCC foundation PCC 1:2:4 (type B1) as recommended by manufacturer for placement of pump sets including demolition of existing foundation of any type and size and disposed off all as directed by Engineer-in-charge shall deem to be included in quoted rate.

COOLING TOWER :- Supply, install, test and commission Rectangular / Round type induced draught counter flow type cooling tower of FRP with all accessories, basin, fittings, fan, fan motor etc. complete 220 TR capacity. Note:- The rates quoted deemed to be inclusive of excavation, RFR, earth works and suitable PCC / RCC foundation (for cooling tower) as per OEM design including demolition of existing foundation of any type and size and disposed off all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and connected piping stop cock from make up water tank to cooling tower including all the misc items required for satisfactory completion of the job.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of automatic Fire damper of Fusible Link type as required for operation complete all as specified. ( Note: The fire dampers shall be spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point of 67 to 68 deg.c. Fire damper shall be tested as per ULL- 555 and certified by CBRI ) all as directed.

(Note for items No : 83 & 84) (i) Operator should be minimum ITI passed in relevent trade with minimum 02 years experience of running of installation and well conversant with the HT / LT electric supply installation / AC plant with connected panel . (ii) Contractor and his person detailed for manning of AC Plant will be responsible for serviceability of AC Plant . In case of any major fault occurs in AC plant he will be report directly to concerned JE E/M / AGE E/M. Person deputed for operation will be responsible for minor maintenance such as checking of oil, cleaning of plant room and surrounding areas complete. (iii) Safety equipment's will be provided to all tradesman without any extra cost to government.

(Note for items No : 83 & 84) (iv) Necessary weekly off will be given to manpower employed for this schedule as per existing rules and regulation of state /central govt. and necessary replacement will be provided by the contractor. Rates quoted for this schedule shall deemed to be included this provision. (v) Contractor / his operator will be responsible to operate the all above plants / machinery when ever required and as asked / directed by AGE / JE during shift

(Note (A) :- for items No : 85 & 86) (i) This item includes all consumables items including filling of refrigerant gas/lubricants oil/filters as required. The worn out parts if any shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government. (ii) All instruments/equipments required to check for repair/replacement are to be arranged/provided by contractor. (iii) Though maintenance of GI ducting is not included, adjustment of grills and repair to grills to achieve proper flow of conditioned air is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item. (iv) In the event of failure to achieved specified inside condition due to non operation or by other reason (except falure incoming electric/water supply at AC plant room) contractor will be liable to pay penalty at Rs 500/hour upto a maximum Rs 5000 per day

Note for items No : 85 & 86 (v) In case of failure of any system i.e. chiller plant, AHU, Water recirculation pump etc same shall be repaired by contractor without extra cost to Govt (vi) Quoated rate deemed to include to descaling condenser from both side and using the descaling compound and brushes with long iron rod to clean the copper tubes as and when required. (vii) Cleaning of cooling tower/ AHU as and when required for the proper functioning of the plant, rate quoted shall be included for the same.
