S & F coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 450x350x7mm/350x250x7mm thick (concept pattern) as in vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers of steps, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with shade of tiles laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 , type B-1, (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished rough for receiving top layer of floor finish complete all as specified.

M & L for injecting / grouting cement slurry mixed with Conbextra EP 10 (Epoxy resin injection grout) of M/s FOSROC chemicals or equivalent in to roof / sunken slabs of toilet by drilling holes of 20mm dia at an interval of not exc 1m c/c upto a depth of 60mm and grouting the slurry by mechanical means with required pressure complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Cutting / Chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Facias, Parapets & Chajjas etc. and trimming, cleaning the surfaces of any thickness and providing checken wire mesh of 22 gauge and mesh size 20mm and rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal of demolished materials / debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting / Chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of Slabs, Beams, Columns, Fins, Facias, Parapets & Chajjas etc. and trimming, cleaning the surfaces of any thickness to receive Guniting / Plastering, preparing surfaces and applying a coat of Zinc rich epoxy primer to all steel surfaces as antirust agent and welding steel wire Fabric / Mesh of 2mm dia with 75mm aperture to existing reinforcement, applying a coat of Nito Bond AR of M/s. Fosroc Chemicals or M/s. Sika India Pvt. Ltd. or M/s. STP Ltd. or M/s. Choksey Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. or M/s Bostik India Pvt. Ltd as per manufacturer's instructions and providing pressure Guniting of averaging 25mm thick at a pressure of not less than 6 KG / Sqcm in CM 1:3 duly mixing the mortar with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement as per manufacturers instructions, finishing the surface rough and finally rendering with 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement conforming to proper geometrics including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion and disposal of demolished materials / debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 25 above but thickness of guniting exc 25mm and not exc 50mm thick

M & L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height, newels, balustrade, and the like including dismantling old reinforced cement concrete including removal of debris out side MD land complete all as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to Fins, fascias, louvres, parapets and similar work for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.
